** 1** : 到  [EasyStore 后台](https://admin.easystore.co/) > 客户管理 > 选择客户

** 2 :** 在快速联系点击 **电子邮件** 或者  **Whatsapp**图标

当您点击 **电子邮件** 图标时，它将带您进入 **Gmail 收件箱**，您可以在此处输入内容
