* 广播消息将消耗 EasyStore Token

# 1. 如何发送广播消息？
** 1** : 到 [EasyStore 后台](https://admin.easystore.co/) > 客户管理 > 选择客户 > 点击 **讯息群发中心**

||| 📌：在发送广播讯息之前，请确保您已启用 LINE/Facebook Messenger。

** 2** : 点击**发送讯息**后，将引导您进入广播消息内容编辑器 > 点击**右上角的三个点**，您可以选择：

-客户的名字（可选）
- 客户的姓氏（可选）
- 商店链接（可选）

|| 📌 **注意**：广播消息内容最多支持 **150 个字符**

** 3** : 点击 **发送 X 客户** 然后 讯息将发送给您选择的客户

| 💡 **确定消息传递的优先级**：我们的系统现在将根据优先级自动选择最合适的频道向您的客户广播，从而最大限度地提高消息的准确性和覆盖范围。
