# OnVoard 发送被遗弃购物车提醒邮件

*   确保已经安装 [OnVoard](https://www.easystore.co/en-my/apps/onvoard) app 在您的 EasyStore 后台

## 1. 创建邮箱账户

**步骤 1**: 点击 Emails > Email Profiles > 新增 Email Profile

**步骤 2**: 填入个人资料 > Save 。系统将会寄送验证电邮至您的邮箱，您可以前往邮箱，进行邮件验证。

|| **📌 小笔记:** 只允许输入您管理的域名邮箱，请勿使用免费邮箱。

## 2. 创建被遗弃购物车提醒邮件

**步骤 1**: 点击 Email > 选择 Manage emails > 点击 Add email > 新增 'Cart Abandonment (Single Product)' 范本（template）

**步骤 2**: 选择好后点击 Next > 前往编辑内容页面。

**步骤 3**: 点击上方的 Settings 按钮 > 往下滑至 **Resources** 的项目，将会看到 ' **Available Resources** ' > 点击 Add resources > 选择以下这 2 种资源:

*   EasyStore Cart Item Added
    
*   EasyStore Product

这里您可以根据自己的喜爱去调整其他设定详情，并点击 “Submit” 按钮储存邮箱。


**步骤 4**: 当创建好邮箱后，请复制邮箱 ID，该 ID 将在后续流程中使用。

## 3. 创建被遗弃购物车提醒流程

**步骤 1**: 前往 Flows > Playbooks > 选择 **Cart Abandonment** playbook > 点击 Create Flow

**步骤 2**: 滑下并选择 **Filter** > 在右侧的部分往下滑至 **Logic** > ** 并把邮箱 ID 贴上的

**步骤 3**: 选择 **Send Email** > 在左侧前往 **Properties** > 选择 Select email > Cart Abandoned > 点击右上方的 ‘Submit’ 提交
