# OnVoard 发送未完成结账提醒邮件

## 1. 创建邮箱账户

**步骤 1**: 点击 Emails > Email Profiles > 新增 Email Profile

**步骤 2**:  填入个人资料 > Save 。系统将会寄送验证电邮至您的邮箱，您可以前往邮箱，进行邮件验证。

|| **📌 小笔记:** 只允许输入您管理的域名邮箱，请勿使用免费邮箱。

## 2. 創建未完成结帐订单挽回郵件

**步骤 1**: 点击 Email > Add email > 选择 **'Checkout Abandonment'** 范本（template） > Next

**步骤 2**: 点击上方的 Settings 按钮 > 往下滑至 **Resources** 的项目，将会看到 **'Available Resources'** > 点击 Add resources > 选择 **'EasyStore Checkout Started'**

**步骤 3**: 点击上方的 Content 按钮 > 点击 Items in your cart > 在左侧选择 **'Resource Property'** 。

**步骤 4**: Config > Resources > 选择 **EasyStore Checkout Started** > 点击 Submit 提交

## 3. 創建未完成结帐订单挽回流程

**步骤 1**: 前往 Flows > Playbooks > 选择 **Checkout Abandonment** playbook

**步骤 2**: 选择 **Send Email**. 在左侧前往 **Properties**  > Select value > Checkout Abandonment > 点击右上方的 ‘Submit’ 提交

## 4. 关闭 EasyStore 自动挽救跑单功能

若您正在使用 OnVoard 扩充功能发送结账提醒邮件，您需要在 EasyStore 后台关闭自动挽救跑单功能。

前往 EasyStore 后台  > 功能设定 > 结帐 > 抛单 > 自动挽救跑单 > 停用 > 储存。
