# 如何发送优惠券（Voucher）

| 此功能仅适用于商务版和零售/数位转型方案

您可以通过发送优惠券的营销方式鼓励顾客在你的官网进行购买，同时也可以增加回购率。

### 步骤 1：建立优惠券

### 步骤 2：发送优惠券给客户

1. 前往客户管理 → 单一或大量勾选客户 → 点击「发送优惠券」

或者进入客户资料页面 → 点击「发送优惠券」

_💡 小提示：所有折扣方式为「优惠券领取」或 「以点数兑换优惠」的优惠都会出现在这里供您选择_

2. 选择您要发送的优惠券；若您勾选「通知顾客」，系统将会发送通知短信/电邮至顾客，这将会消耗 EasyStore 代币；若你无勾选「通知顾客」，顾客不会收到通知，可是优惠券会被自动加到顾客帐号里（可在官网→ 我的帐号→ 我的优惠券→「有效优惠券」里看到）

以下為手機短信和電郵的通知，顧客點擊連結就會導向官網：

###### 🔸请注意：

1. 如果你有启用 Shopping App 销售管道，顾客收到的手机短信或电子邮件将会导向 Shopping App 而不是官网，如没启用 Shopping App 销售管道，可忽略此说明

2. 发送通知时，系统会优先选择手机短信，如果顾客资料里没有手机号码，系统就会发送电子邮件

3. 如果顾客还没使用该优惠券，并且再度发送优惠券通知，顾客还是会收到通知；可是如果顾客已经使用该优惠券，再度选择该顾客并且发送相同优惠券，顾客就不会收到通知了。
这也是可以方便商家不用筛选哪些顾客已经使用并且选择不发送

4. 若顾客重复收到同一个优惠券的通知，优惠券并不会叠加，只是做于提醒顾客的目的

5. 若优惠有设定「限定目标客群」，发送优惠券并不会根据此限定，例如：优惠有设定只限VIP 客户群组可以使用，若你发送优惠券给不是VIP 客户群组的顾客，该顾客还是可以使用此优惠券

**6. 设定「以点数兑换优惠」的优惠券如果选择直接发送优惠券，顾客会直接收到优惠券而不会消耗顾客的会员点数**
