Connect with LBC Express

1. Pre-requisite

LBC Express is one of the most established logistics providers in the Philippines, offering nationwide delivery coverage and Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

By connecting LBC Express with your EasyStore account, you can streamline your order fulfillment process and manage your shipments directly from your EasyStore dashboard.

Make sure you have registered an account with LBC Express . If you have yet to register, please click here to fill in your business details and LBC Express will contact you.
Please add your pickup location and set a weight for all of your products before you integrate with LBC Express.

Step 1: Register for an LBC VIP Account

Before connecting LBC Express to EasyStore, merchants must first apply for an LBC Express VIP Account.

Please fill in the LBC registration form through this link.

Once the form is submitted, the LBC Express Sales Team will contact you directly to proceed with the account verification and activation process.

The VIP Account is mandatory in order to connect LBC Express with EasyStore.

Step 2: Prepare the Required Documents

To successfully create your LBC VIP Account, please prepare the following documents for submission:

BIR Certificate of Registration
Certificate of SEC Registration (for Partnership and Corporation)
Latest Audited Financial Statements
Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws (for Partnership and Corporation)
Latest General Information Sheet (for Partnership and Corporation)
Latest Mayor’s Permit

Once your account has been successfully approved by LBC, you can proceed with the EasyStore connection setup.

2. Connect with LBC Express Philippines

Step 1: Install LBC Express APP in EasyStore Dashboard

Log in to your EasyStore Admin Panel
Go to Apps
Search for LBC Express Philippines
Click Install

Step 2: Configure LBC Express Settings

After installing the LBC Express app:

Open the LBC Express App
Fill in the required credentials.

Shipper Account No > VIP account number (obtain from LBC)
Shipper Name / Company > The registered company name for your LBC Express VIP account
Shipper Contact Number > The preferred contact number for your company

Fill in the **Series of Tracking Number & Maximum number of tracking number assign **

Kindly contact your EasyStore support representative to help request the Series of Tracking Number, & Maximum number of tracking number assign from LBC Express.

Kindly confirm whether the Shipper's address is correct. (The information is obtained through your account with LBC)

Save the settings to activate the integration

You're All Set!

Once the integration is complete, you can:

Create shipments directly from EasyStore
Manage order fulfillment more efficiently
Provide reliable nationwide delivery to your customers in the Philippines

3. Fulfill order and send parcels using LBC Express

💡 Tips : LBC Express supports bulk fulfillment max 50 orders at once. Kindly ensure that the orders are paid, not cancelled or archived in order to bulk fulfill the orders successfully. Also support bulk download AWB (max 50 at a time)

Step 1 : Go to Orders > click into the order > Fulfill > Fulfill with LBC Express

Step 2 : You will be directed to the order fulfillment page here. Choose the

Pickup date
Pickup start time
Pickup end time

Step 3 : Once the date and start times have been selected, kindly click Fulfill order button and this order has been fulfilled.

Step 4 : Once you have fulfilled the order, you can download the airway bill.

💡 Tips : The order number will be printed on the top left corner of AWB for easier handling

Optional: Enable Cash on Delivery (COD)

LBC Express supports Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible shipments.
