Redeem free .com domain

You are eligible to redeem a first-year-free new .com domain (new subscribers) OR one-year free .com domain renewal (upgrade) on the following conditions:

Your store has subscribed to any of our yearly Lite, Standard or Business plan or above, and

Your store has never redeemed any new domain or domain renewal from us, and

The .*com** domain is hosted by EasyStore, and

The .com domain is still available ( for new domain )

1. Steps on how to redeem the .com domain

Step 1 : Go to EasyStore Admin > Channels > Online Store > Domains > Register new domain.



Step 2 : Insert and search for your preferred domain name.



Step 3 : If your domain is available, you will be prompted to fill in Domain registration information > fill up the details > click Redeem to redeem the domain for RM0 ( you will receive an invoice with RM0 amount ).



⚠️ Important note : You will also receive a verification email, you must click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to verify your contact information. Failure to do so will make your domain become unavailable after 14 days. Please reach us at support@easystore.co to resend the domain verification.

2. Verify and secure your domain

Step 1 : Once done, your domain settings will look like below. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for the domain to be verified and goes online.



Step 2 : Once the domain is verified and online, its status will change to Unsecured. Then you may click on Unsecured > Activate SSL to secure your website. More about SSL certificate



Step 3 : Done.

Terms & conditions

The redemption is limited to the .com domain name only.

The redemption is not valid for premium domain name.

From 2nd year onwards, the domain will be renewed under the domain fee. You can checkout the renewal fee


Domain name is not changeable once it is registered.

The promotion is not applicable to other domain promotions.

The promotion can only be redeemed once per store.

The redeemed domain name is not transferable to a third party in one year.
