Things You Should Know
1. Connect Shopee Malaysia Sales Channel
Step 1 : Log in to your EasyStore’s Admin Panel > go to Channels > look for Shopee > click on it
Step 2 : Choose your region (Shopee Malaysia) & click enable

Step 3 : Continue by clicking install & wait for your Shopee channel to be installed

Step 4: You will be prompt to the Shopee Seller Centre login page. Fill in all the required information & click log in to connect your Shopee account

Step 5: Confirm your authorization & set your authorization period


2. Before You Get Started (Sync Settings)
1. Sync orders from Shopee Malaysia
When you enabled it, your orders from Shopee will be synced to your order management in EasyStore's admin panel. You may refer to Part 5 below to learn more about fulfilling Shopee orders from EasyStore.

2. Sync inventory only
When you enabled it, it will only sync your product's inventory and ignore all other product attributes.

3. Price used for product sync
Choose the product price you would like to sync to Shopee.
Price in EasyStore - Selling price in EasyStore
Compare at price in EasyStore - Original price


💡 EasyStore now support convert pricing based on currency rate set in EasyStore Admin Panel. Meaning that you can start to sync your EasyStore account to multiple region of Shopee.
4. Set Shopee coins and vouchers sponsored by Shopee
Choose the display of Shopee coins and vouchers in each Shopee order.
As discount in EasyStore - Shown in discount
As payment method in EasyStore - Shown in history*
📌 Note : When you choose "as payment method in EasyStore", the Shopee coins and vouchers will be shown as a transaction in the order's history.


5. When delete product in EasyStore
Do nothing in Shopee Malaysia - Your products in Shopee wouldn't get affected.
Set as inactive in Shopee Malaysia - Your products in Shopee will become unlisted but allow you to hide the product listing temporarily without losing its information.
Delete permanently in Shopee Malaysia - Your products in Shopee will be deleted permanently.
If you choose the third option under the Settings tab, the deleted product cannot be restored so please delete it wisely.

Step 5 : Go to your Shopee Seller Centre and complete your Shipping Setting. Once it is done, it will be synced to EasyStore's admin panel.

📌 Note : "Enabled" or "Disabled" will follow your shipping setting in your Shopee Seller Centre. You may edit the fees for each product afterwards.

Step 6 : Once done, you may now start to sync products to your Shopee Seller Centre.
3. Sync Products from EasyStore to Shopee
Step 1 : Go to EasyStore's Admin Panel > Products > click into the product > select More Actions > "Sync to Shopee Malaysia".

Or Go to EasyStore's Admin Panel > Products > click on the drop down button on the far right of the product > click Publish beside "Sync to Shopee Malaysia".

💡Tips: You can select the products and bulk sync your products to Lazada. Save your time by allowing you to edit and sync products at once from EasyStore.

Step 2 : Select Category in the Sync product detail page. Please make sure that you have selected the right category for your product as Shopee will banned if it is not assigned according. Get to know more from Shopee Listing Guidelines.

Step 3 : Fill up the other information > click Submit.
You can sync up to 8 images to Shopee
You can enable Pre-Order option


Step 4 : The product has been synced successfully to Shopee.
📌 Note : If you encounter any error for the synchronize process, you may go to Apps > Shopee Malaysia > Products tab > click on the pink Error button to see the details

OR you can now go to Product > Select product with error > Check out the sync status for all sales channels you enabled and the reason for the error on your right-hand side.


Step 5 : After successful sync, you can view your products in Shopee Seller Centre > My Products

📌Note:
Product attributes such as title, images, price, dimensions, etc. will be automatically synced to Shopee if any changes have been made in EasyStore.
However, the changes on product description will need manual resync. If the product description has been changed in EasyStore after successfully syncing, go to Channels > Shopee Malaysia > Search Product Name > Select > Resync > Fill in the detail (if any) > Submit.
Step : Go to EasyStore’s Admin Panel > channels > Shopee Malaysia > bulk select products > resync / delete

4. Import Products from Shopee to EasyStore
Step 1 : Go to EasyStore's Admin Panel> Apps > Shopee Malaysia > click Import products.

Step 2 : Select your import method > Tick the products that you would like to import > click Import products. We have 3 import methods:
Ignore - no action
Create new product - import this product from Shopee and create as a new product in EasyStore
Link to - import this product from Shopee and link it with an existing product in EasyStore

5. Adjust Shopee Selling Price in EasyStore
Step 1 : If you would like to have different selling price in Shopee than in EasyStore, you can directly adjust in EasyStore as well. Go to EasyStore's Admin Panel > Shopee > Products > click on the 0% under Shopee price.
Step 2 : Here you can choose to increase / decrease the selling price in Shopee by percentage (%) or amount (MYR) > click Update.

💡 Tips : Now you can choose to sync Price or Compared at Price to Shopee, refer back to Part 2.
6. Fulfill Shopee Orders in EasyStore and Print Shipping Label
Step 1 : If you have enabled Sync orders from Shopee MY in Part 2 (Step 4) above, when the synced products receive Shopee orders, these orders will be synced back to your store and automatically update product inventory.

Step 2 : You can fulfill this order in your EasyStore's admin panel as well. Click into order > Fulfill > Fulfill with Shopee.

Step 3 : Select DropOff or Pickup > Click DropOff or Confirm Pickup.

Step 4 : Once order is fulfilled successfully, you are recommended to go to your order > more actions > Print Shopee waybill.


📌Note:
The supported AWB paper size option contains A6, A5, and A4.
You are able to filter the orders with the shipping option (For Shopee Malaysia, Shopee Singapore & Shopee Taiwan only).

7. Product Auto Bump
What is Product Bump?
The "Bump" function allows you to improve your product's search ranking temporarily to increase the number of views and potential sales.

Can bump up to 5 (max) products every 4 hours.
Will auto bump product again after 4 hours.
### 8. Adding Watermark to Product Image
You are able to add/remove watermark to/from the selected products.
If added, the outcome will look like this in Shopee product page:

Step 1 : To do so, in your Shopee Malaysia settings, under Product > click on More > and select Product Watermark

Step 2 : You will then reach to the Product Watermark setting page.
This is the page where you can view your added watermarks / add a new product watermark.
To add, click on the top right Add Product Watermark

Step 3 :
Insert the title of this Product Watermark image (only for your own preference)
Select/upload the watermark image.
Save.


Step 4 : Once uploaded the watermark image, may go back to the Product section where you can see the list of your products.
To apply the watermark on the product images, "tick" the selected products > click "Apply Watermark".
To remove the watermark on the product images , "tick" the selected products > click "Remove Watermark".

Step 5 : If chose to Apply Watermark, a pop up section will appear for you to select the watermark images > click Apply.

Step 6 : Once clicked Apply, there will be a notice on top to notify that the image is in process of being applied to your product image(s) on Shopee product page. Thus, you can also spot the product status as Inqueue .

Step 7 : Once the process is done, this is how the outcome looks like :

📌Important Notes :
Able to create max 10 watermarks only.
Currently only .png format is accepted for watermark image.
Make sure that the watermark background color is either transparent or white; or else the product image may get override.
Currently the watermark will only apply to the first image of the product.
Currently not able to adjust coordinate. Thus, if wish to push your business logo (for example) to the corner of the image, then may need to upload a watermark which the logo is already at the corner. For example like this :

9. Display Shopee rating in Online store
Step 1 : In your Shopee Malaysia settings, under Product > click on More > and select Product Rating
Step 2 : Enable the Display Shopee Malaysia product ratings on online store option

If enabled, the outcome will look like this on the Online store product page:

📌Important Notes :
Once enabled, this product rating is applied to all products that had been synced to Shopee. (This means there is no setting to choose which product wants to show the comment and which product doesn't want to show the comment)
Currently, all comments from Shopee will be shown, there is no setting to hide the specific comments.
Images and videos are not supported.
10. Common Shopee Error
The common errors are divided into three sections:
Store
Products
Orders
Store
1. Your access to shop has expired
This error indicates that your access to the Shopee shop has expired. Please reauthorize your account from the Shopee channel on the EasyStore Settings page.
Shop is under vacation mode
This error occurs when your shop is in vacation mode. Please go to Shopee Seller Center and disable vacation mode.
Invalid shop ID or Invalid account status
This error indicates that your Shopee shop may be frozen. Please contact Shopee customer service or your account manager for assistance.
Products
Invalid Category ID
This error occurs when the selected category may be outdated. Please inform EasyStore about this.
Item-logisitics channel (ID: 20010) not in shop logistic list
This error occurs because the merchant has disabled the logistics channel on Shopee. Please re-enable the logistics channel on Shopee and resync the product.
Item-spex error: Item count reaches shop limit
This error occurs when the product count limit for your Shopee shop is reached. Please check the total number of products in Shopee and confirm whether you can create new products.
Volumetric weight should be between 0.01 and 30.0
This error occurs when product dimensions are missing. Please ensure the product’s width, length, and height are filled in and then resync.
Item-Length/Width/Height is mandatory for current category
Make sure the product dimension (length , width, height) must more than 1cm at EasyStore product detail page.
Can't update item price when item is under promotion
This error occurs because the product is under promotion in Shopee, and price updates are not allowed during promotions.
You can update other fields like inventory or title, but for price updates, please wait until the promotion ends. Refer to this link to see which product information can be edited during a promotion.
Item-spex error: Model price min/max ratio too high
This error occurs when the price gap between variants is too large (max/min ratio exceeds 7). Please adjust the price ratio between the variants and try syncing again.
Image download failed
The issue could be related to image size. Shopee requires images to be at least 500x500 pixels and under 2MB. Ensure your images meet these requirements and try resyncing. If the issue persists, it could be a temporary Shopee server issue—try again later.
Product name cannot be less than 20 & more than 120 characters
Shopee requires product names to be between 20 and 120 characters. Please update the product name in EasyStore to meet this requirement before re-syncing.
Product description must be between 20 to 3000 characters
Shopee requires product descriptions to be between 20 and 3000 characters. Please update the product description to meet this requirement in EasyStore before re-syncing.
Cannot have more than 2 variant types
Shopee only supports up to 2 variant types per product. Please update the product in EasyStore to reduce the variant types.
Cannot have more than 20 variant options
Shopee only supports up to 20 variant options per product. Please update the product in EasyStore to reduce the number of variant options.
Cannot have more than 50 variants
Shopee supports a maximum of 50 variants per product. Please reduce the number of variants in EasyStore and try re-syncing.
Variant type name cannot exceed 14 characters
Shopee requires variant type names (e.g., Size, Color) to be 14 characters or less. Please update the variant type name in EasyStore before re-syncing.
Variant option name cannot exceed 20 characters
Shopee requires variant option names (e.g., Red, Large, Small) to be 20 characters or less. Please update the variant option name in EasyStore before resyncing.
Weight must be between 0.01 to 1000000 kg
Shopee requires the product weight to be between 0.01 and 1000000 kg. Please update the product weight in EasyStore and resync.
Stock should be greater than 0
Shopee requires product or variant quantity to be 0 or greater but cannot be negative. Please update the product stock in EasyStore before re-syncing.
Must contain all mandatory attributes
This error occurs when mandatory fields are missing while syncing products to Shopee. Please ensure all required fields are filled out before attempting to resync.
Product image number is out of range (3-9)
Shopee requires products to have a minimum of 3 images and a maximum of 9. Ensure the product has the correct number of images before re-syncing.
This item is not allowed to edit
This error indicates that the item is not editable in Shopee. Please confirm whether the item is still available in Shopee. If it has been deleted, you can remove it in EasyStore’s Shopee channel.
Can't edit deleted items
This error occurs when attempting to edit items that no longer exist in Shopee. Please delete the item in EasyStore’s Shopee channel.
Orders
Order Status – TO_CONFIRM_RECEIVE
This error occurs because the order item variant data does not match EasyStore variants. Please ensure that the latest data in EasyStore is synced with Shopee.
📌 Note: If you face any issues while syncing your items to the Shopee channel, please contact our support team through the chatbox in your admin panel.
11. Things that you should know
1. Filter and multiple order search
Filter for Shopee order based on order's sync status was added. You can filter it by All, Active, InQueue, and Error.
Besides, you can search for multiple order by adding a comma ( , )

2. Shopee order details
You can check for the buyer payment method and income details for Shopee orders under channels > Shopee Malaysia > Orders > Search Shopee order number > Shopee order number
