1. Introduction



Barcode Label app streamline your product labeling process. With this app, you can effortlessly create and print barcode labels, enhancing your stock management and efficiency.

Automatic Code-128 Generation: Generate Code-128 barcodes automatically for all your products, ensuring accurate and efficient scanning.
Customizable Label Templates: Design label templates tailored to your specific product requirements, including prices, SKUs, variants, and other information.
Variable Label Sizes: Supports different label sizes, accommodating your various packaging needs.
Bulk Printing: Print labels in bulk, saving time and effort, especially for large product inventories.



Before label printing, it is REQUIRED input the Barcode information. You can login to your EasyStore account, head over to Products and click on the products and fill in this Barcode section. There are 2 methods to input the barcode information in bulk:

Product Bulk Editor
Export & Import the product list in Excel or CSV file format

If there are no barcode information is filled in, system would not able to capture the product data and deduct the inventory automatically.


Then you can click on Apps > Explore Apps > Search Barcode Label and install this app.




2. Add Template



Step 1: Click Add New Template


Step 2: Fill in the template name for your own reference, makes it easy for you to identify which template is dedicating to which product categories.

Step 3: Select the preferred Label Type


Step 4: Scroll down to Label Details and this is where you can set these settings:

Product Title
Variants Name
Barcode Height
Barcode Number
SKU (Store Keeping Unit)
Price

You can select the preferred size for the text to display on the label, preview is available on the right side before saving the settings.


Step 5: Once you have adjusted the height and size for the label details, you may click Save. You would be able to see all the Templates List that you have created.




3. Print Barcode Label



To print the barcode label that you have created earlier, you can click on Products.
Next, tick on the products that you'd print the barcode label > Click More Action and click Print Barcode Labels.


Step 2: You can select which Template that you'd like to print for these products from Label Template.


Step 3 : For number of labels to be printed out, there would be 3 settings:

Set number of labels to match items in stock: This setting will print labels according to the current inventory you have in EasyStore.
Set number of labels to zero: This setting allows you to print any quantity you prefer for the labels.
Appy All: This setting would apply the same amount of labels for ALL products.

Each time can only print maximum 1000 barcode labels only and emoji would be removed while generating barcode labels.

You will see Print Job on the right side, is it the total labels that would be printed out.


Step 4: Once the amount of labels has been finalized, you can click Print X Labels and you're done!

Q : Which EasyStore's Plan includes Barcode Label feature?
It would be available in Essential, Growth and Success Plan.

Q: What are the supported barcode printer models?
The Barcode Label app supports printing on various label printers that are compatible with standard barcode label formats.
Make sure to select right printer size for the label templates that you have created.
We would suggest to use a thermal label printer for the best results.

Q: What are the supported barcode format besides Code-128?**
For barcode number, you can generate it based on your own preferences, below are the supported formatting:
EAN-13
UPC-A
Code-39
ITF
ISBN
GTIN
UPC

Q: Can I print labels in bulk?
Yes, you can print barcode labels in bulk which helps streamline your inventory management.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of labels I can generate?
Each time can only print up to maximum 1000 barcode labels.
