1. Introduction



The MSME Digital Grant MADANI, brought by the Malaysian government in collaboration with Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN Bank), and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), is a transformative initiative born from Budget 2024.

With this Digital Grant, you can received up to RM5,000 subsidy in accelerating your digital transformation journey!

2. Check Your Eligibility



- Malaysian-Owned: MSMEs/Cooperatives must be at least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens.
- Registration Requirements: Must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)/Local Authorities (PBT) or Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission (SKM).
- Operating Duration: The business should be operating for at least six months.
- Annual Turnover: Must have an annual turnover of an average of at least RM50,000.
- Previous Grants: MSMEs/Cooperatives must not have received previous Digitalisation Matching Grants.
- Subscriptions: Must subscribed to EasyStore Retail Annual plan

3. Step to apply



💡 Please make sure that you have subscribed to and completed the payment for your subscription before applying for the grant.

Step 1: Contact EasyStore at support@easystore.co for quotation

Step 2: Start your application via the Digital Grant online portal

Step 3: Select option Digital Payment / e-POS System from Digitalisation Area list



Step 4: Select Easystore Commerce Sdn Bhd from the Digitalisation Partner list > Fill in your EasyStore’s quotation > Total Amount paid stated in quotation > upload Quotation

- Quotation upload format is accepted for PDF, PNG, JPG & JPEG

Step 5: Company Details(all fields is required)

Step 7: Upload the required documents



Documents required:

Identification: Copy of identity card or passport of director(s)/partner(s)/proprietor(s), whichever is applicable.
Business License: Business registration documents/SSM business profile/SKM registration docs.
Financial Documents: Latest audited accounts, management accounts, or latest bank statements (two-months)

After application has been submitted, the Funding Society will review the applications. Applicant will be notified via email once the application is approved.


Step 8: Claim & Disbursement

Once your application has been approved, Funding Society will send a payment to the applicant.

Applicant will need to pay 50% of quotation total amount. E.g. RM 8388, the amount that need to pay to Funding Society is RM 4194 to Funding Society)


4. FAQ



Q : What is the maximum amount I can apply for under this grant?


The grant covers 50% of the invoiced amount or up to RM5,000.00 for each eligible MSME or cooperative to implement digitalisation.



Q : I’ve received a Digitalisation Matching Grant in the past. Can I still apply?


No, MSMEs or cooperatives that have received a Digitalisation Matching Grant in the past are not eligible for the MSME Digital Grant MADANI.



Q : How long does the application process take?


The application process duration can take up to 4 working days. After you submit your application, it will be reviewed for approval. You will be notified via email about the status of your application.
