What is Fiuu

1. Fiuu is a free payment gateway (worth RM899) for merchants on a yearly, 2-year, or 3-year EasyStore plan.
2. It lets you accept credit cards, online banking, and e-wallets in Malaysia.

Things to prepare before applying

1. SSM (optional: not compulsory)
2. Bank statement header: (most recent month only)
3. Director's IC or passport copy
4. Office/ Outlet photo with signboard
5. Ensure your website is ready to operate (e.g. product fully uploaded and ready for shipping)
6. Ensure all the required policy pages [e.g. Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service] have been set up on your website

Signup & login

1. On the sign-up page, tap the REGISTER tab → enter your email → Sign Up.
2. Check your email for a temporary password from Fiuu.
3. Switch to the LOGIN tab → log in with your email + temporary password.
4. On first login, reset your password (use the temp password as the "current" one)
5. Click "Get Started" to open the application form.

Fiuu account application

Step 1 - Company information

1. Fill in all the required details of your "Company Information"
2. Note: Make sure all company details is valid and same with your SSM
3. Fill in your "Personal Details" at the second section in Step 1

Step 1 A - Outlet information

1. Fill in your retail outlet's store name & location address
2. Insert the number of POS you have in your retail (e.g. if you have 1 POS, insert "1")
3. Note: If you do not have Store ID from Fiuu yet, leave it empty

Step 2 - Bank information

1. Select the bank where your company's account is held.
2. Fill in your company's bank account number.
3. Note: It must be your company's bank account, not a personal bank account.

Step 3 - Plan selection

1. This is where you pick which payment methods to offer your customers.
2. On the left, review each plan (e.g. Credit Card, Online Banking, E-Wallet, BNPL, and so on).
3. Click subscribe on each method you want. It selects all channels in that plan at once, and the button turns green (Subscribed).
4. The right panel shows the rates for each channel, these are the default rates and are read-only, so you can't change them here.
5. Confirm all the payment methods you want before moving on. Adding more afterwards might require longer period for Fiuu to process.

Step 4 - E-invoice (Optional)

1. If you do not require an e-invoice, may select "No".
2. If you require an e-invoice, click "Yes"
3. After that, you are required to fill in your company details for e-invoice.
4. Once done, click save and next

Step 5 - Documents upload

1. Upload the required documents by tapping on "Choose a file".
2. Required (red *): Bank Statement (most recent month) and Company Photo (interior + exterior signboard, both in one file).
3. The rest depends if you have those document, you can upload those you have if not you can skip.
4. Once your documents are uploaded, submit the application.
