Set up Affiliate Program

📌 Note: Affiliate Program is available in Business and Growth plan.

1. Introduction

EasyStore’s Affiliate Program enables you to recruit partners such as influencers, agents, or sales representatives to promote your products in exchange for commission. This guide will show you how to set up and manage your affiliate program to drive sales through strategic partnerships.

2. Create affiliate

2.1 Go to EasyStore admin panel > Channels > Affiliate Program > click Enable Affiliate Marketing.

2.2 Click Add affiliate.

2.3 Fill in affiliate's details:

Affiliate code
First and last name
Email address

2.4 Set the commission rate for this affiliate, it can be by percentage OR amount.

📌 Note: Amount will follow your default currency.

2.5 Set minimum purchase amount that is entitled to earn commission. Leave blank or 0 for any purchase amount.

2.6 Set day(s) taken to confirm commission. Leave blank or 0 day will confirm commission right upon order is marked as paid.

📌 Note: Orders refunded before the confirmation are not entitled for commission.

2.7 Save the affiliate.

3. Promote and earn commission

After saving the affiliate you will see another 4 new sections:

Affiliate Links
Commissions
Dashboard
Payouts

Affiliate Links

3.1 Upon create affiliate, unique links to your website or products are auto generated for this affiliate based on your available sales channels. These are the links you can copy and provide to affiliates for them to promote to customers.

💡Tips: You can add ?ref=code at the end of any single product or collection link to easily transform it into affiliate link.

Commissions

3.2 List of orders that are brought by this affiliate and commission status of each order.

📌Note: Commission amount will only be calculated once the order is marked as paid.

Dashboard

3.3 Summary of confirmed, paid and unpaid commission for this affiliate.

Payouts

3.4 Record of commission payouts history for this affiliate. Click Add Payouts > fill in Name as payout remark and payout amount.

💡Tips: Payouts will auto update paid and unpaid commission in dashboard above.

4. FAQ

4.1 How affiliates earn commission?

Affiliates can earn commission by sharing their unique affiliate links to customers and let them place order via the link. Once the order is paid, commission will be auto calculated for affiliates.

4.2 How do I check which orders are from affiliate?

You can check the order icon in order listing page.

Or inside order details page.

4.3 How affiliates check their commission?

Notification emails will be auto sent to affiliates once the order is marked as paid.

4.4 How commission calculated?

Commissions are calculated based on order amount excluding shipping, taxes, and transaction fees.
