For .com.my and .my domain that purchase with EasyStore, have Name Server pointed to google domains, and the domain renewal is paid to Exabytes Network Sdn. Bhd all this while, Changes of the technical contact and Name Server from MYNIC is need in order to host DNS by Exabytes. This is due to MYNIC do not provide DNS hosting.

3. Changing Technical Contact

Step 1 : Go to MYNIC Selfcare Portal here

Step 2 : Enter your login details and click “Sign In”.

📌 Note: If you have lost your Username or Password, please click on the "Forget Username" or "Forget Password" link to retrieve:

Step 3 : At the dashboard under "Domain" tab, click on "Manage" button behind the respective domain name.

Step 4 : Click "Edit" next to the "Technical" contact details and "Save" it once updated. An email notification will be sent to you related to the changes.

Step 5 : Go to "Appoint Technical" tab, mark a Tick at the front of the respective domain name and click on "Continue".

You will be prompt to fill up the respective details as per the screenshots.

The appointee will have 3 days to accept your invitation to be your domain's Technical Contact. Do reach out to your appointee so that your name servers' modification can be carried out smoothly. You may contact us at domain@exabytes.my should you need further assistance.

4. Changing Name Server

After technical contact info successfully changed to Exabytes', you are required to email Exabytes team at custcare@exabytes.my from your Exabytes primary email account or login to Exabytes portal, reach out Exabytes team with the request.

For SG Domain name, use this Name Server instead:
