1. What is Product Bundle?

Product bundle allows creating and selling 2 or more related products to be sold together as a single package. The goal is to allow customers purchase both complementary products from your brand according to their specific needs and wants, also helps businesses to increase the basket size.

To kickstart your product bundle deal, you can login into your EasyStore admin panel > click on Apps > Explore Apps > Search Product Bundle and install this app


Step 2 : You can click on Create Bundle


Step 3 : Up next, give your product bundle a title > Select two or more related products and specifying their quantities. When creating a product bundle, the following limitations apply:

Up to 30 products can be included in a single bundle.
Maximum of 3 options, including both selective variant options and quantity options.
Up to 100 combination variants per bundle.



If your product has variants, you can also specify which variants is entitled to be in the product bundle.

If your product has variants like the example below, you can select which variants are entitled for the product bundle:
NOSE Loafer - Size 38, 39, 40 only (not all sizes are applicable)
Parisian Blazer Set - Size S, M, L

If your product does not has variant, this section would not appear.


Another customizable option is Quantity as an option. This setting allow your customers to choose the quantity of certain products in the bundle.
Below section would appear if you click on 3 dots > Add quantity as an option.


This is what customers would be from their point of view, meaning to say customers are allowed to choose the quantity that they'd like to have for the bundle deal.
If they only want to have 1 Radiance Scalp Ampoule, select 1.
If they want to have 2 Radiance Scalp Ampoule, select 2.


If customer select 2 from the Add Quantity as Option section, meaning to say the product bundle is combination of:
2X Radiance Scalp Ampoule
1X Heavenly Scalp Comb

This is the further breakdown on the checkout page, indicating the quantity of the product bundle that customers have selected based on the ' Add quantity as option' setting.


Step 4 : Once all the above settings has been done, click Save. The product bundle would be set as a product in EasyStore admin panel where you can still edit the title, price, description, images, and more. Coming down to inventory and discount section below.

1a. Inventory

The inventory of a Product Bundle is automatically calculated based on the product with lowest available stock.

For example The Scalp Combo includes:
Radiance Scalp Ampoule
Heavenly Scalp Comb

Stock Availability Across Locations

Product	HQ (Primary Location)	Retail (Location 2)
Radiance Scalp Ampoule	426	508
Heavenly Scalp Comb	454	508

It would take the lowest available stock and add it together.


This is under the situation where Inventory control is EasyStore tracks inventory of this product.
If you selected Don't track inventory on the items selected for bundle, the quantity column would not be visible.

1b. Discount

Since Product Bundle cover individual price covering multiple products, the price, discount, and tax amount will be distributed across all items included inside the bundle.

For example The Scalp Combo:
Bundle Price (Before Discount): RM155
Discount Applied: 10% OFF
Bundle Price (After Discount): RM147.87 (including Service Tax, depending if the product is taxable or not)

3. How customers view Product Bundle from their end?

In cart page
All bundle’s items will be displayed below the product bundle within the cart, so customers would be able to identify which item is bundle and sold together.
If you are also running other promotions, it would appear in the cart if the requirement set are met. For eg: 10% OFF min. 2 items purchased.


In the checkout page
The bundle’s items will also be shown at checkout, ensuring customers see the full breakdown of what they’re purchasing.

4. FAQs that you should know

Q : Product bundle is available on which sales channel(s)?
Customers can view and purchase product bundle at sales channels below:
Online Store
Shopping App
POS
Manual Order
Facebook/Instagram Live

Q : What happens if one of the product in product bundle is out of stock?
This will make the product bundle become out of stock because the bundle’s inventory is determined by the product with the lowest available stock.

Q : What happens if one of the item in product bundle needs to be refunded or returned?
Item in product bundle can be refund/return separately. EasyStore don’t have the constraint that items in product bundle must be refund/return together.

Q : Which EasyStore's Plan includes Point System features?
Beta version has been launched on 12th Feb 2025, it would be available in Essential, Growth and Success Plan.
