1. Introduction


EasyStore Referral Program helps your customers share your store and get rewarded for it! Each customer will receive a unique referral link that they can share with their friends and family. It’s an easy way to encourage word-of-mouth promotion while rewarding loyal customers for helping your business grow.


2. Enable and set up Referral Program channel


2.1 To start, go to your EasyStore admin panel > Channels > scroll below All available channels and look for Referral Program.



2.2 Enable Referral Program.



2.3 Next, go to General to complete the setup.



3. Set rewards for referrer


3.1 For referrer, the referee needs to complete 2 actions before referrer can earn credits reward:


  1. Sign up using the referral’s unique referral link

AND

  1. Make a first purchase


📌 Reminder: The first order status must be Paid.



3.2 For the first purchase, you can allow:


  • Without minimum spend — any order amount
  • With minimum spend — for example only orders amount RM100 or above allow referral to earn credits


💡 Tips: The minimum spend can be accumulated by multiple orders.



3.3 Set how many credits referral can earn when the referee completed 2 actions above.



4. Set rewards for referee


For referee, there’s only 1 action needed — sign up using any referral’s link and referee can earn credits, no purchase needed.

5. Copy and share referral link


5.1 Referrer can copy their referral link in My Account page and share it to referees.



5.2 When referees visit the link, they will see the rewards they can earn if signing up.



5.3 Upon sign up, credits reward will be automatically added to referee’s account. For referrer, credits reward will only be added after referee made the minimum first purchase and order is Paid.



6. History of referrals


You can find the list of referred orders and their details in Histories.



7. Notifications template


When a referee sign up using referral link, both referrer and referee will be notified via email.


7.1 If you need to edit the email content, go to Notifications.



7.2 Click on pencil icon to edit.



7.3 Change the content accordingly or reset to original template when needed.



8. Note


Currently if order is cancelled, refunded or deleted, credits that has been given will not automatically crawl back.
