Introduction

This guide shows you how to add a customer, add products, select a payment method, and complete checkout to create a quick POS order. Follow each video below based on what section of POS you needed to know.

Enable Your POS

• Go to Channels → Point of Sale → Enable.

POS Dashboard Overview

• Scan — scan a product, customer, order, or voucher barcode.
• Products — search by name or SKU, browse, add to cart.
• Orders — view and manage orders.
• Custom Items — add a one-off sale: custom name, price, taxable toggle, set cost price, quantity, shipping → add to cart.
• Pickup Orders — handle pickup orders.
• Customers — search or add customers.
• Purchase Orders — available at applicable locations.
• Personalize quick actions — customize the quick-action tiles (Collections / Products / Discounts / Navigations) and Save.
• Right panel = live cart: add customer, item list, subtotal, discount, tax, checkout.

Order Process

• Open shift — switch/select your location (e.g. main HQ or an event location) to start the shift.
• Quick Order — add items (search / scan / products) and add a customer.
• Manage Cart → More actions: view saved carts, add/remove customer, invite checkout, add tax, add seller note, schedule shipping, schedule pickup, attribute sales to staff.
• Schedule Shipping & Pickup — set shipping rate or a custom rate, pickup, and ship-from location.
• Payment — select payment method to complete, or Mark as unpaid to settle later.
• Close shift — review shift summary (opening cash, cash in/out, cash sales, refunds, current balance, expected vs actual closing cash), count cash in drawer, note any difference + remark, then confirm.

Types of Payment Method of POS

Types of Payment Method of POS

• POS Payment Methods: Fiuu E-Wallet
• Default methods: Cash payment, External terminal, Counter TnG QR
• Custom methods: payment methods you add yourself
• Others (online payment): Bank Transfer, Manual TnG QR Transfer, Fiuu
• Mark as unpaid to settle a payment later

Product Management in POS

Adjust Item Price on POS

Open the item in cart → View details → override the price for that sale.

Apply Discount on POS

Item Discounts

• Discount a single line item (via View details).

Order Discount

• Apply a discount to the whole cart.

Round to Nearest 5 Cents

• Round the total to the nearest 5 sen.

Apply Tax & Auto Discount

In General settings → POS Checkout Setting:

• Allow price rounding (auto-adjust decimals at checkout)
• Auto apply tax (from the selected POS location's address)
• Auto apply discounts (based on ongoing promotions)
• Auto assign staff attributor (attributes the sale to the logged-in staff)

Managing Customer Profile & Loyalty

Add Customers

• Add Customer: Customers → Add customer → enter email + first/last name → optionally send an account invitation → Add new customer.

Customer Insight & Upsell

• Customer Insight & Upsell: You can view your customer's profile it will show its:
• • Customer joined
  • Average order value
  • Total orders history
  • Points balance
  • Credit balance - View in-cart items and previously bought items to upsell.

Voucher, Points & Credit

• Assign vouchers, and apply points balance or store credit at checkout.
