1. About MX record

This guide is applicable to users who purchased the domain from EasyStore and would like to add MX record to connect with email hosting. MX record is provided by your email hosting service provider.

Using a hosted email service helps convey professionalism, and builds brand trust. Hosted email enables users to leverage specialized brand names so that the company’s name is prominently featured. 

2. Add MX record

Step 1 : EasyStore Admin > Channels > Online Store > Domains



Step 2 : Click the Edit under Registered Domains



Step 3 : Click Add DNS record



Step 4 : Leave the domain name empty



Step 5 : Kind > Select ' MX '



Step 6 : If you have more than one MX record, kindly put them in different row > Save changes

📌 Note : MX record is provided by your email hosting service provider

3. Edit MX record

If you would like to edit the record, kindly click on the 'Pencil' to delete the existing one and add a new record.
