1. Introduction
This guide explains how to connect your receipt printer to EasyStore POS and customize your receipts including adding a logo and adjusting the header and footer. You’ll be able to choose what details to show for a more professional checkout experience.
If you haven't chosen your POS hardwares, may refer this guide.
2. Install EasyStore mobile app and enable POS channel
EasyStore POS is on-the-go (cloud based), it is available on EasyStore mobile app.
2.1 So first of all, install the EasyStore mobile app on your device.

2.2 Next, go to Channels > Point of Sale > Enable > View Point of Sale.
3. Connect bluetooth receipt printer
3.1 To connect receipt printer, in POS go to Menu > Settings > Hardware > tap Connect button.
3.2 Choose your printer brand or bluetooth option and search for the printer. Once found, tap on the printer name to connect it.
4. Configure hardware settings
Once connected, you will see the printer information.
Scroll down to double check all hardware settings:
Print preference
- Print quantity — copies of receipts that will be automatically printed (if auto-print is turned on)
- Paper width — select between 58mm or 80mm depending on your printer
- Chunk size — printing speed, not every printer support high chunk size so starts with 60 and adjust only when needed
- Automatically print after checkout — by enable this setting, receipt(s) will be automatically printed after order is mark as paid.
Cash drawer
- Automatically open cash drawer after checkout — by enable this setting, cash drawer will automatically open after order is marked as paid.
External scanner
- Allow direct scan to add product — by enable this setting, you can use external scanner to scan product barcode at POS home screen without tapping Products or scanner icon.

Permission
Also check the permission needed. If permission not granted (yellow ! mark), tap on it and grant permission.
5. Customize receipt
Once printer connected, you may now in POS, go to Menu > Settings > Receipt settings to customize the receipt.
Custom receipt header
- Display header image — If ticked, upload header image
- Header text
- Display address (as set in Settings > Locations)
- Display email & phone (as set in Settings > Locations)
- Display order date
- Display order number
- Display staff name (as set in Settings > Staffs)
Custom receipt body
- Display currency
- Display order note
- Display SKU
- Display barcode
- Display unit price
Custom receipt footer
- Display footer image — If ticked, upload footer image
- Display shipping / pickup details
- Display contact details
- Display credit balance
- Display point balance
- Display Shopping App QR code — If ticked, make sure Shopping App is enabled at Channels
- Display return & exchange policy
Once done you can test print to see the result:
