1. Introduction

Message box is suitable for selling product that requires customer to leave some messages. An additional message box will be appeared in checkout page to let you collect information from customers. For example: specified message to write.
It's convenience for merchants who sell customizable products.

2. Install Message Box

Step 1 : EasyStore Admin > Apps > More Apps > Search Message box > Install this app



Step 2 : Add Message Box > Message form can be in Sentence or Paragraph



Step 3 : Save

📌 Kindly take note :
The message will show at the Note attribute on order page
We do not allow to change or edit the code for the checkout page (which include shipping & payment method) due to security reasons
