📌 Important Note:
The maximum number of products that will be displayed on the Instagram storefront is 50 products only, whereas products 51 and above will not be displayed
The language of the Instagram Storefront will be following the Online Store Language at Settings > General > System Preference here

1. Introduction

Instagram Bio Shop refers to a page that showcases your products with the Instagram interface. Not only a place to sell, but it also acts as an information hub that shares important links to your followers and directs them to the link you want them to be.

It sounds nothing different from your online store but bears in mind that it gives your followers a sense of comfort because they do not have to switch and spend time to get familiar with another interface when they can't wait to place an order! So wait no more, let's set up your Instagram bio shop now.

2. Steps to set up Instagram Bio Shop

Step 1 : Go to your EasyStore Admin > Channels > Instagram > click Enable Instagram.



Step 2 : Log in to your Instagram account.



Step 3 : Click Continue to allow EasyStore to access your profile info and media.



Step 4 : You can upload your Instagram Storefront's Icon, insert the title and bio. Kindly be informed that there is a 250 characters limit for Bio.



Step 5 : You may select the product collection you would like to show in your Instagram Bio Shop > Save



Step 6 : Your Instagram storefront has been created successfully, yes it's that simple. Now copy the Storefront URL and paste the link as your website in your Instagram profile, you can share it anywhere you like too!



Step 7 : Now your Instagram visitors can click on the link and start shopping on your Instagram storefront. Once they found the product they like, they can click into the product.



Step 8 : Select variant ( if any )



Step 10 : Customer will be brought to your store to complete checkout and place order.



Step 11 : The order will then be synced back to your EasyStore order list for you to further manage e.g. follow up or fulfill orders.

3. Edit Profile in Instagram Bio Shop

It's important to maintain brand consistency to deliver your identity to the public either online or offline. Now you can show your brand image, name, and also the description (Bio) in Instagram Bio Shop!

💡 Reminder: Save it once it's done or you will regret it 😛

4. Multiple Links in Instagram Bio Shop

You can now add up to 10 links that can send your visitors directly to the particular pages from Instagram Bio Shop.

Just go to Channels > Instagram > Click Add new link > Edit the title and insert URL > Save and it's done!

5. Shopping cart for Instagram Bio Shop

With this shopping cart feature, customers are able to add multiple products to the cart before proceeding to checkout. They get to see the product list and able to view the products added to the cart

Customers can change item quantity added into the cart by setting item quantity (+ / -)

They can remove an item from the cart by clicking on the "-" OR swipe left to remove it.
