FAQ about domain status
You might have purchased or added a domain to your store but it is not online. Here are few FAQ regarding your domain status to explain why.
1. I have added my domain to EasyStore, but it is showing 'Action needed'.
Answer : Make sure you have pointed your domain to EasyStore follow this guide. If you have done it, please allow 24 hours for it to take effect.
2. I have pointed my domain to EasyStore following this guide, but it is showing 'Action needed'.
Answer : Make sure that your DNS is configured correctly follow this step. If it is, please allow 24 hours for it to take effect.
3. My domain status showing 'Unsecured'.
Answer : You can click into the domain > scroll down to SSL Certificate Encryption section, click SSL Reissue button to request an SSL certificate and secure your domain. Please note that SSL issuance may take up to 1 hour, kindly be patient during the process and avoid clicking the button repeatedly.
4. I have purchased my domain from EasyStore, but the domain is not online yet.
Answer : It should go online within 24 - 72 hours. If it doesn't, please contact us at support@easystore.co
5. My domain is purchased from EasyStore not long ago, but it's not available/accessible now.
Answer : Make sure you have verified your domain through the verification email that sent to you from EasyStore on the day you purchased your domain. If you did not proceed to verify your information, the domain will not be accessible after 14 days. If you're not able to find that email, please contact us and request us to resend the verification email.
6. My domain is purchased from EasyStore quite some times ago, it's not available/accessible now.
Answer : Make sure your domain is not expired. You can check domain expiry at Channels > Online Store > Domains > scroll to bottom and click the domain. If the domain has expired, you can just click into the domain > click Renew domain to renew.
