Give Birthday Voucher Automatically

1. Introduction
Reward your loyal customers with a special birthday voucher automatically when their birthday month arrives. This not only creates a meaningful connection with your customers, but also helps increase repeat purchases and customer retention.
2. Send birthday voucher
2.1 Go to Customers > Engagement > edit Celebrate Customer Birthday event.

2.2 Click Add way button.

2.3 Assign exclusive voucher.

2.4 Follow steps 3.2 to 4 in this guide to set up general settings, purchase requirement and discount value of the voucher based on your offer to birthday customers.

Voucher redemption method
2.5 The voucher will be auto assigned to birthday customers only.

Voucher usage
2.6 Customer eligibility — you can create different birthday offer for different tiers of customers.

Save the voucher.
2.7 The voucher is created but might be inactive, you need to enable the event to activate it.

2.8 To create another voucher for a different tier, edit Assign exclusive voucher.

2.9 Click Add voucher button and repeat step 2.4 to 2.6 above by selecting a different tier.

2.10 Once the event is enabled, customers will receive the birthday message on the first day of their birthday month.

2.11 Birthday voucher will also be auto added into customer’s account on the first day of their birthday month and valid till the end of the month.

3.1 When and what will customers receive for Celebrate Customer Birthday event?

💡Tips: Except voucher, you can also add birthday points reward. Make sure you have set up points system.
