Give Birthday Voucher Automatically

💡 Tips: This feature is available for EasyStore's Business Plan , Growth Plan , Success Plan

Step 1 : Go to EasyStore Admin > Promotions > All vouchers > Add vouchers

Step 2 : Select "Voucher redeem method' > Birthday month

Each customer is only permitted to use and redeem one voucher per year. This voucher will be automatically generated for eligible customers,
this voucher is valid throughout the birthday month.

Step 3 : Save and done.

Attention :

Birthday coupons cannot be sent automatically. They can only be sent automatically when the system detects the customer's birthday in that month.

As long as the conditions are met, the coupon will be automatically sent to the customer immediately when the customer clicks the [My Coupon] page on the official website
