Import your product in bulk
In this article, you will find out how to mass upload your products using Excel or CSV file. This function is especially useful for you if you have a wide range of products. It could tremendously save your time and absolutely accurate. Let's see how to do it:
Step 1 : First, you need to download the upload file template by going to EasyStore Admin > Products > More > Import products
Step 2 : Click on CSV template to download the upload file template.
Step 3 : Open the CSV file, insert your product details into the file accordingly.
We have attached below a guide on the description and limitation for each field ( you can right-click on the picture and open the image in a new tab for a clearer view ).
⚠️ Important note:
Do not add or delete columns
One file can upload up to 3 product images only
If product has variants, all variants must have the same Handle
💡 Tips : Inventory Policy is for the “continue to sell after out of stock” setting. If you want to enable it, can change it from “deny” to “continue”
Step 4 : Once done, save the file in .xlsx or .csv format
Step 5 : Go back to Admin > Products > More > Import products > click on Choose File to choose the file you saved earlier.
Step 6 : The system fields should have been mapped over to your file columns automatically. Now click Import.
Step 7 : Products are created successfully and you are done!

💡Tips: To update existing product information in bulk, may use excel / csv file too, as long as the product's handle in the file is the same as product in Admin panel
