Integrate with OnVoard

1. Introduction


OnVoard is an email marketing platform for e-commerce merchants. By integrating with OnVoard, it helps you to identify and follow up with the Checkout/Cart/Browse Abandonment customers


This integration allows you to setup products reviews and ratings too! See Demo Store to view examples for the following widgets:

2. Connect OnVoard with your EasyStore


Step 1: Go to EasyStore Admin > Apps > More apps > Search OnVoard



Step 2: Install OnVoard. Once installed, click 'Continue' to proceed



Step 3: Sign in to your OnVoard account. If you do not have an account yet, click here to register.


Step 4: Once login, you will need to install web tracking once integrated with OnVoard. It allows you to track customers' Checkout/Cart/Browse Abandonment.


Click Ecommerce > Web Tracking > Add Web Tracking



Step 5: Once you have clicked 'Add Web Tracking' > Select EasyStore > Enable

  • Activated
  • General Activites
  • EasyStore Tracking
  • EasyStore Activities



Step 6: Click Save


Step 7 : Click Connection > Select your EasyStore > Connect Source



Step 8 : Enter your domain name > Connect > Done



You will see EasyStore under Connections
