Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information is crucial for the success of your store. To ensure transparency and accountability, EasyStore provides a comprehensive Product Log History. This log allows you to monitor all changes made to your product listings edited through the admin panel/mobile app by staff.


Important Notes:

Listing of logs for product edited through admin panel/mobile app by staff
Applicable to Business, Essential, Growth and Success Plan
Display maximum 6 months logs
Can filter by user

You can filter the Product Log History by staff when clicking on the by your staff name and select to monitor which staff activities. Kindly ensure that you have added new staff to your EasyStore account. If you have yet to add staff, kindly refer to this guide here.
