Sell on POS: About Orders Processing
In this article:
1. Save customer’s cart
💡 Tips:
- You can save more than 1 cart.
- Each time the cart is saved, system will automatically start a new cart.
Save cart
1.1 Tap More actions > Save current cart

1.2 To save more than 1 cart will involve 2 steps:
- Tap More actions > View saved carts

- Tap Save current cart button at the bottom.

Open saved cart
1.3 More actions > View saved carts > tap the cart to open it.

Update saved cart
1.4 Open the saved cart > edit the cart > More actions > View saved carts > the cart will be auto selected (with a tiny tick), tap Save to selected cart button at the bottom to update the cart.

Delete saved cart
1.5 Open the saved cart > Clear.

2. Invite checkout (convert to online order)
If customer would like to arrange shipping or pickup and also make payment online, you can invite customer to checkout online.
2.1 To let customer checkout online, tap More actions > Invite Checkout.

2.2 Let customer scan the QR code or send the online checkout link to customer via:
- Direct send via Email (one-click send without app pop up)
- LINE
- Others — other supported apps that will pop up on your POS device

2.3 Then, customer can head to the online store checkout page to place order.

3. Schedule shipping
You can offer to ship the order for customer. For example ship a bulky item to their home or ship as birthday gift to their friends.
3.1 Tap More actions > Schedule Shipping.

3.2 Select or add new shipping address for customer.

3.3 Select ship-from location. The Sufficient / Insufficient label tells you the overall stock availability of this order at each location.

3.4 Select from shipping methods that are the same as your online store, or add custom shipping rate.

3.5 Review the shipping details. Add necessary discount, tax, voucher, points or credits if any > Checkout and proceed with payment.

4. Cross location pickup
Customers can choose to pick up their order at another location. For example when stock arrive at the location that is nearer to their place.
4.1 Tap More actions > Schedule Pickup.

4.2 Select the location customer would like to pick up from. The Sufficient / Insufficient label tells you the overall stock availability of this order at each location.

4.3 Fill in receiver’s information and pickup time > Confirm.

4.4 Review the pickup details. Add necessary discount, tax, voucher, points or credits if any > Checkout and proceed with payment.
