1. Introduction to TikTok Shop

EasyStore TikTok Shop channel lets you connect your store with TikTok Shop to manage products, orders, and inventory more easily in one place, helping you sell smoothly through TikTok’s platform.

📌 Things to take note:

Make sure you have signed up a seller account with TikTok. If you do not have a seller account with TikTok Shop yet, may click here to sign up.
Products update one way from EasyStore to TikTok Shop only. Product changes on TikTok Shop will not affect products in EasyStore.
To update EasyStore stock quantity when orders received in TikTok Shop, “Manage TikTok Shop orders with EasyStore” setting at step 3.7 must be turned on.

2. Enable and connect TikTok Shop channel

2.1 Log in to your EasyStore’s Admin Panel > Channels > TikTok Shop > Enable.

2.2 Click Install.

⚠️ DNS-level blocking by TM Net may cause a blank page to appear during connection. If this happens, follow step 10.5 to resolve this issue.

2.3 Scroll to your seller region, click Next for the country of your TikTok Shop seller account.

2.4 Log in with your TikTok Shop seller account.

2.5 Click Authorize.

2.6 After connected successfully, you may proceed to connect more TikTok Shop accounts.

3. TikTok Shop account settings

3.1 Click pencil icon to make TikTok Shop account settings.

3.2 Check TikTok Shop account connection status. If expired, click Authorize to reconnect.

Inventory Location

3.3 Select the inventory location that will sell for orders coming from this TikTok Shop account.

💡 If need to add new inventory location for TikTok Shop, follow this guide to set up (only supported in Essential or Growth plans).

3.4 Choose the product price you would like to sell on TikTok Shop.

3.5 Select the system behavior when delete product in EasyStore:

Do nothing in TikTok Shop - products in TikTok Shop won’t be affected
Set as inactive in TikTok Shop - products in TikTok Shop will be unlisted
Delete permanently in TikTok Shop - products in TikTok Shop will be deleted permanently and cannot be recovered

3.6 Overwrite product information whenever updates made in EasyStore.

If ticked - system will update all product details to TikTok Shop including stock quantity, name, price, product images etc.
If unticked - system will update stock quantity only to TikTok Shop

3.7 Manage TikTok Shop orders with EasyStore

If ticked - your TikTok Shop orders will be created in your EasyStore orders listing and further update EasyStore stock quantity
If unticked - your TikTok Shop orders will not be created in your EasyStore orders listing and EasyStore stock quantity will not be updated

3.8 Determine how TikTok Shop coins and voucher treated in sales reports:

As discount in EasyStore - calculated as discount on order subtotal
As payment method in EasyStore - calculated as part of payment

3.9 Make sure to complete the settings for all connected TikTok Shop accounts.

4. Publish new products from EasyStore to TikTok Shop

4.1 If you’ve just added new products in EasyStore, you can easily publish them on TikTok Shop. There are few sections where you can do so.

At product listing page:

Go to Products > click the drop-down arrow on the far right of the product row > click Publish on TikTok Shop.

💡 Tips: At this page, you can perform bulk publish by selecting multiple products > More actions > Publish on TikTok Shop.

In product details page

Go to Products > click the product name to enter its details page > More Actions > Publish on TikTok Shop.

At the page after saving product

After saving product, scroll to the bottom > click Publish next to TikTok Shop.

If your store is connected to multiple TikTok Shop accounts, after click Publish, you will be prompted to select the TikTok Shop account to publish the product(s).

4.2 Next, manage the product details required by TikTok Shop in publish product page.

4.3 Select Category for the product and the details required by TikTok Shop for this category will appear below.

4.4 Follow the instruction on the page to select/fill in the required fields and click Ready to Publish button at the bottom right.

4.5 Once all products are ready to publish, click Publish button at the top right to update all products details to TikTok Shop.

💡 Tips: If you publish products by bulk, selected products will be listed on the left side where you can check their publish type (new publish or update) and status.

4.6 A summary of product publish status. Click Back to Products to check the status for each product.

💡 Tips: To avoid publish product error, here are some references for TikTok Shop product requirements:

Avoid using Chinese characters as your product will be displayed to local users.
Product name must be between 25 and 255 characters.
Product description must not exceed 10000 characters.
Product price, weight and dimension (height, length, width) must be greater than 0kg/cm.

5. Update linked products from EasyStore to TikTok Shop

If products already linked and changes made in EasyStore, here are how you can publish the updates to TikTok Shop:

Auto publish

5.1 After saving changes, system will process auto publish at background.

Note: Background processing status here will not real-time update.

You can check product status at EasyStore TikTok Shop channel > Products under Status column.

Republish

5.2 To republish products, go to Channels > TikTok Shop > Products > select the TikTok Shop account that want to update product.

Select the product(s) > Publish.

6. Import products from TikTok Shop to EasyStore

If products already exist on TikTok Shop, they can be easily imported as new products or linked with the existing products in your store.

6.1 Go to EasyStore TikTok Shop channel > Products > click Import product.

6.2 Select whether you want to import all products from TikTok Shop as new products in EasyStore or just import selected products.

6.3 Select the TikTok Shop account that you want to import products from.

6.4 Select the action for each product > click Start import.

Match product - import this product from TikTok Shop and link it with the selected existing product in EasyStore
As new product - import this product from TikTok Shop and create as a new product in EasyStore
Skip - this product will not be imported from TikTok Shop

📌 Note: If “Overwrite product information” setting at step 3.6 is ticked, importing products using ‘Match product’ method will replace TikTok Shop product details with that in EasyStore.

7. Adjust TikTok Shop selling price in EasyStore

If you would like to have a different selling price in TikTok Shop than in EasyStore, you can make the price adjustment in EasyStore.

7.1 At EasyStore TikTok Shop channel > Products > click + 0.00 % for the product.

7.2 Select and fill in:

Adjustment amount
% or MYR

Click Confirm.

7.3 Price adjustment added and will take effect when publish product price to TikTok Shop.

8. Fulfill TikTok Shop orders at EasyStore

8.1 If Manage TikTok orders with EasyStore setting is ticked at step 3.7 above, orders from your connected TikTok Shop accounts will be automatically created in your EasyStore orders listing.

💡 Tips: You can find the orders using filter Channel = TikTok Shop

8.2 You can fulfill TikTok orders in EasyStore. There are few sections where you can do so.

At product listing page

Go to Orders > tick the orders > More Actions > Fulfill with TikTok Shop

In order details page

Go to Orders, click to enter the order details page > Fulfill > Fulfill with TikTok Shop

8.3 Then, system will start fetching orders details.

If you leave the page, fetching will continue in the background. When complete, orders will be ready for fulfillment.

8.4 After system completes fetching orders, you can Proceed to fulfill.

You will be reminded to fulfill orders for other fulfillment method and courier service later.

Confirm drop off/pickup.

8.5 Then, system will start submitting orders for fulfillment.

If you leave the page, submission will continue in the background. When complete, orders will be ready to print AWB.

8.6 If there are remaining orders in step 8.4 above, you need to Continue remaining submission.

8.7 After system completes submitting all orders, you can Print AWB.

8.8 Select the airway setting you want to print:

TikTok Shop account
Courier service
Paper size
Printing options - whether to include items list in the airway bill or not

9. Add TikTok Pixel to online store

9.1 Log in to TikTok Ads Manager > Tools > Management > Events

9.2 Click Connect data source > Web > Add your website URL > Next > Select Manual Setup

9.3 Select Manual Setup

9.4 Select TikTok Pixel > fill in your Pixel name

💡Tips on create Pixel name:

Recommend the pixel name corresponds to the website or domain name.
Maximum character length is 128 characters, including spaces.

9.5 Install Pixel Helper on your Browser > Next

9.6 Enable all 3 options for Manage Configurations

9.7 Launch Event Builder > next > click Finish. You will be redirect to website after launched event builder. Return back to previous page > next > click Finish

9.8 Copy Pixel ID

9.9 Log in to your EasyStore’s Admin Panel > Channels > TikTok > Tracking Pixel > Paste the Pixel ID > Turn it on > Save

10. FAQ

10.1 How to have different product description in EasyStore and TikTok Shop?

When publish/republish product from EasyStore to TikTok Shop, insert TikTok Shop description on publish product page (refer step 5).

10.2 How to check publish product error?

Go to EasyStore TikTok Shop channel > Products under Status column.

You can filter products by status = Error to help you find the products that need attention.

Click the yellow Error label next to the product and you will see the details.

10.3 Why my product is suspended?

The average time for TikTok to review product is around 4 days. Some reasons product not passing the review (suspended) include:

Product title or description are not in English or Malay
Product pictures or videos URL have off-site diversion (must be TikTok URL)
Product is under the prohibited category

10.4 How to unlink product between EasyStore and TikTok Shop?

Go to EasyStore TikTok Shop channel > Products > tick the product you’d like to unlink > Delete.

⚠️ Make sure you have selected the correct behavior to avoid deleting product from your TikTok seller center and cannot be recovered.

10.5 How to solve if facing a blank page during connecting with TikTok Shop?

The solution for this will be making some changes to your device Network and Internet setting.

Solution on Microsoft Device:

Step 1 : Control Panel in your laptop > Look for Network and Internet.

Step 2 : Click on View network status and tasks.

Step 3 : Click on Change adapter settings.

Step 4 : Right-click on your WiFi name > Choose properties.

Step 5 : Choose Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) > Click Properties.

Step 6 : Change DNS server to 8.8.8.8 > Change Alternate DNS server to 8.8.4.4 > Click Ok.

Solution on Mac Device:

Step 1 : Click Apple menu > System Preferences > Network.

If the lock icon in the lower left-hand corner of the window is locked, click the icon to make changes, and when prompted to authenticate, enter your password.

Step 2 : Select Wi-Fi, and click Advanced.

Step 3 : Select the DNS tab.

Step 4 : Click + to replace or add IPv4 with value 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Step 5 : Click OK > Apply.
