1. Introduction to Zalora
Zalora is giving a good time to the sellers, selling in the Southeast Asian market. In 2018, Zalora observed the highest number on mobile engagements, grabbing 38% of mobile online buyers.
📌Kindly take note :
Before starting, make sure you have signed up for a seller account with Zalora. If you do not have a seller account with Zalora yet, can proceed with the sign up here.
2. Install and setup the Zalora app
Step 1 : Log in to your Zalora Malaysia seller center.
Step 2 : Go to Settings > Manage users
Step 3 : Copy the API Key
Step 4 : Log in to your EasyStore’s Admin Panel > go to Zalora Malaysia app > Install this app.
Step 5 : Fill in your Zalora registered email address and the API Key that you copied earlier.
Step 6 : To get the APP ID & Secret, login to ZALORA Seller Center and click on Settings > Integration Management.
Step 7 : Clicks on OAuth Applications > Add Application
Step 8 : Filled the require details by copy value provided below:
Application Name: EasyStore
Authorization redirect URL: https://apps.easystore.co/marketplace/zalora-malaysia
Step 9 : Click on the Edit button at the application you created just now.
Step 10 : Application ID & Secret will be shown.
Copy and paste to EasyStore's Zalora channel (Setting Page).
Step 11 : Once connected successfully, you may proceed with Zalora app order & products settings.
2.1 Sync orders from Zalora Malaysia
When you enabled it, your orders from Zalora will be synced to your order management in EasyStore's admin panel.
2.2 Sync inventory only
When you enabled it, it will only sync your product's inventory and ignore all other product attributes.
2.3 Price used for product sync
Choose the product price you would like to sync to Zalora.
Price in EasyStore - Selling price in EasyStore, OR
Compare at price in EasyStore - Original price
2.4 When deleting product in EasyStore
Do nothing in Zalora Malaysia - Your products in Zalora wouldn't get affected.
Set as inactive in Zalora Malaysia - Your products in Zalora will become unlisted but allow you to hide the product listing temporarily without losing its information.
Delete permanently in Zalora Malaysia - Your products in Zalora will be deleted permanently.
📌Kindly take note : If you selected Delete permanently option, the deleted product is not able to be restored.
3. Sync products from EasyStore to Zalora
Step 1 : Go to EasyStore's Admin Panel > Products > click on the product > select More Actions > Publish on Zalora Malaysia.
Go to EasyStore's Admin Panel > Products > click on the drop-down button on the right of the product > click Publish beside "Publish on Zalora Malaysia".
💡 You can also select the products and bulk sync to Zalora. Save your time by allowing you to edit and sync products at once from EasyStore.
Step 2 : Select Category in the Sync product detail page. Please make sure that you have selected the right category for your product to prevent products get suspended by Zalora team.
Step 3 : Fill up the required product details (if any) > click Submit.
If Split variants is enabled, product variants will be split into multiple variants in Zalora.
This option is default enabled and can only be changed when first time sync the product.
This setting will be affected when import products from Zalora.
4. Import products from Zalora to EasyStore
Step 1 : Go to EasyStore's Admin Panel > Channels > Zalora Malaysia > Products tab > click Import products.
Step 2 : Select your import method > Tick the products that you would like to import > click Import products. We have 3 import methods:
Not ticked and leave blank - no action
Ticked and Create new product - import this product from Zalora and create as a new product in EasyStore
Link to - import this product from Zalora and link it with an existing product in EasyStore

5. Adjust Zalora selling price in EasyStore
If you would like to have a different selling price in Zalora than in EasyStore, you can directly adjust in EasyStore as well.
Step 1 : Go to EasyStore's Admin Panel > Channels > Zalora Malaysia > Products tab > click on the 0% under Price adjustment
Step 2 : Choose to increase/decrease the selling price in Zalora by percentage (%) or amount (MYR) > click Update
6. Fulfill Zalora orders at EasyStore
Step 1 : If you have enabled Sync orders from Zalora on the app settings, the orders from Zalora will be synced back to EasyStore. The inventory for the synced product will be updated automatically.
For the product that is not synced to EasyStore, it will be displayed in the order too. However, you are not able to see the product images and details
Step 2 : You can fulfill this order in your EasyStore's admin panel too.
Click into order > Fulfill > Fulfill with Zalora Malaysia
Step 3 : Once the order is fulfilled successfully, you can print your airway bill under More actions > Print Zalora airway bill.
7. FAQ that you should know
Q: Where to check my product syncing / importing error?
You can check for your product syncing error under:
Apps / Channels > Zalora Malaysia > Products tab > Error tab > click on the pink Error button to see the details
Go to Product > Select the product with error > Check out the sync status for all enabled sales channels and the error on your right-hand side.
Q: How import products from Zalora (create as new product in EasyStore) affect "Split variants" setting.
If the specific product have only 1 variant at Zalora then we will auto enabled the “Split Variants” setting.
If the specific product have more than 1 variants at Zalora then we will not enabled the “Split Variants” setting.
Q: How import products from Zalora (link with an existing product in EasyStore) affect "Split variants" setting.
If the product is not sync with other Zalora product before and specific product have only 1 variant at Zalora then we will auto enabled the “Split Variants” setting.
If the product is not sync with other Zalora product before and specific product have more than 1 variants at Zalora then we will not enabled the “Split Variants” setting.
If the product had been synced with other Zalora product before then we will auto enabled the “Split Variants” setting.
