Shipping methods (Flat rate per order)

Introduction

Setting up a flat rate per order shipping method allows you to charge a fixed shipping fee, no matter how many items your customers purchase. This is a great option if you want to simplify shipping costs and provide a predictable rate for your customers at checkout.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to set a flat rate shipping in EasyStore and ensure a smooth checkout experience for your customers. 🚚✨


Step 1: Go to EasyStore Admin Panel > Settings > Shippings & Pickup > Add Zones & Rates



Step 2: Add in your zone name (will not be shown to the customers) > choose your country



Step 3: After selecting a country, you’ll be prompted to choose sub-regions, either by zip codes or sub-region.

A. By Zip Codes – Manually input zip codes to define your shipping zone.

💡 Tip: Each zip code or state can only be assigned to one zone.



B. By sub-region - Choose your sub-region accordingly


Step 4: Under Methods and Rates > choose Flat rate per order as the shipping method


Step 5: Set your methods and rates accordingly as per below screenshot


Additional note:
Handling Fee: Applied per order and not exempted for products with free shipping.
Rate Range: Shipping fees for this method, typically based on your courier service provider’s rates.
Free Shipping: The minimum order amount required to qualify for free shipping.

Step 6: Save and you're done!

💡Note: A single zone can include multiple shipping methods. You can add another method after completing the first one.
