1. Introduction

This guide shows you how to add a customer, add products, select a payment method, and complete checkout to create a quick POS order.

2. Install EasyStore mobile app

EasyStore POS works on-the-go (cloud based), it is available on EasyStore mobile app.

So first of all, install the EasyStore mobile app on your POS device:

3. Enable POS channel

3.1 Once you have installed EasyStore mobile app on your POS device, open the app > go to Channels > Point of Sale > Enable.

3.2 To go into POS from admin panel, tap View Point of Sale.

4. Dashboard overview

4.1 In EasyStore POS dashboard, there are 2 sections:

• Left section - search & action buttons
• Right section - customer’s cart / checkout process

4.2 The universal search allow you to quickly look for products, orders and customers by searching keyword or scanning barcode / QR code.

The colorful buttons below search bar would be quick action buttons that are fully customizable.

4.3 To remove or arrange the buttons, long tap on any button. Once the buttons are floating, you can:

• Drag them to move, or
• Tap the tiny ‘x’ cross button to remove

4.4 To add quick action button, tap Personalized quick action then you can add:

• Collection
• Product
• Discount (fixed)
• and more actions under Navigations

5. Create a quick POS order

You may now follow the steps below to create your first POS order.

5.1 First of all, check the selected location on the top left. If need to change location, tap the location name.

5.2 Tap Add customer on top of the cart at the right hand side.

You can add new or existing customer to cart.

Add new customer

1. Fill in new customer’s phone / email > tap Add new customer.

Add existing customer

2. Or, search customer by email / phone > tap the customer name.

5.3 After add customer, tap Products from the quick action buttons on the left hand side.

5.4 Tap the product to add it to cart.

5.5 Tap cart button at the right bottom to checkout.

5.6 Tap to select the payment method customer want to use.

5.7 Insert the amount > tap Mark as paid at the bottom.

5.8 The order is done.
