1. Introduction

Transferring a domain means you change your domain registrar from EasyStore to another service provider who will become your domain host. By this, your domain renewal will be paid to the new service provider.

2. Steps to transfer domain from EasyStore to others service provider

📌 In order to transfer your domain, kindly ensure the requirements below are met:
Your domain is registered for more than 60 days. A domain that has registered for less than 60 days is not allowed to transfer.
Make sure the domain is an active domain with more than 30 days expiry as the domain might expire during the process, causing it to be inaccessible.
Please make sure that the domain is not expired. Expired domains are not allowed to be transferred.

First, you may request the domain login and EEP code from us for domain transfer. Kindly send in your request to support@easystore.co, or you may contact us via the in-app messenger within EasyStore Control Panel. 

Next, our team will provide you the domain username, and the reset password link, and the EPP code will send to the domain admin/registrant email. 

After you have received the login details, you may log in to your domain panel. Kindly set your domain setting to unlock and the whois privacy setting is opened to the public.
