1. Get your product information ready

You will need to fill in the following information to complete a product creation:

Product name
Product description
Product Images/video
Product selling price
Product dimension
Product SEO
Inventory & SKU (optional)
Product variant (optional)
Product collection (optional)

2. Adding product without variants

Step 1 : Go to EasyStore Admin > Products > Add product

Step 2 : Name your product Title and insert its Description. Product description should be as clear as possible, you may share the "how-to-use" idea, it will help on SEO



Step 3 : Images section - upload product image(s).




💡 High definition and square image is recommended. The recommended image size is ratio 1:1 = 800x800px.
💡 You are able to edit the image title (image alt). Having an image name can help in improving and boosting your website/product SEO.


Step 4 : Variants section - skip this section since this product does not have any variants. You may click here if your product has variants.



Step 5 : Pricing section:

Price - selling price
Compare at price - displayed as discounted - slashed price in the storefront (optional)
Cost price - product cost (optional)
Taxable product - check this box if taxes apply to this product



Step 6 : Inventory section:

SKU and Barcode are optional
Inventory control - if 'EasyStore tracks inventory of this product is selected, product Quantity will be auto deducted upon receive order and the product will be marked 'SOLD OUT' when out of stock



Step 7 : Shipping section:

Weight and Dimension will be used to calculate shipping fees at checkout
Check This product is free shipping box if this product is shipped free to all locations (handling fee will not be exempted for free shipping product)




Step 8 : Search engine optimization section - edit meta description for your product. It should contain keywords that potential customers will search for

💡 The SEO meta description will be shown on Google Search Result and it will take around a few days or few weeks for the published/updated on Google.



Step 9 : Save and you have successfully created a product!

3. Adding product with variants (e.g. color, size)

Step 1 : Similarly, start with naming your product Title and insert its Description.

Step 2 : Images section - upload product images including images for each variant.

Step 3 : Variants sections - Click Add variants > insert your Option types and Option values.

Use Enter to separate between values.
Maximum of 3 option types
Maximum of 100 option value



Step 4 : Fill in your variant details. If your variants have limited stock quantity, select EasyStore tracks inventory of this product at the next step and you'll see the Inventory column appear.



Step 5 : Complete your Variants settings.

If you choose EasyStore tracks inventory of this product, you can go back to above to fill in the quantity under the Inventory column.



Step 6 : Search engine optimization section - refer to step 2.7 above.

Step 7 : Save and Edit again to assign images for your variants.



Step 8 : Scroll down to the Variants section and select the image for your variants.



Step 9 : Save and done! You may now upload the next product or use the import tool to bulk import more products to EasyStore.
