Collect Product Reviews with OnVoard

Before you start:

Make sure you have installed OnVoard app in your EasyStore

Must connect your EasyStore account with OnVoard. Don't know how to connect? Click here

Make sure you have a registered account with OnVoard. If you do not have a OnVoard account yet, click here to register

1. Import Products Data1

Step 1: Go to Data > Jobs > Import Jobs> Add Import Job

Step 2:

Method > Select Integrations

Destination > Select Product

Data Mapping > Select EasyStore Product to OnVoard Product [Predefined]

Select your EasyStore account for Connection (for import) > Save

Step 3: Once import job is created, go back to imports job > Click 'Execute' to start import

Your products are successfully imported if it shows as the image stated below

2. Create Reviews Collector

Step 1: Go to Review > Collectors > Add collector

Step 2: Select product layout > Submit

3. Create Email Profile

Step 1: Click Emails > Email Profiles > Add Email Profile

Step 2: Fill in the details > Save. You will receive a verification email to ensure that you have access to the added email address.

📌 Note: Email must not be from free email providers. Only add emails from domains you control.

4. Create Review Request Email

Step 1: Click Email > Manage emails > Add email > Select '**Product Review (Post Purchase)**' template > Next

Step 2: Click Setting button on top > Scroll down the Resources side and you will see '**Available Resources**' > Add resources > Select 2 resources stated below:
EasyStore Order
EasyStore Order Fulfilled

Step 3: Scroll down the Internal Settings side > Review Collectors

Generate Variable > Enable Variable

Review Collector > Default Review Collector

Resources > EasyStore Order

Step 4: Select Content > Click product list

Enable 'Resource Property' for data input

Select 'EasyStore Order Fulfilled' for Config

Step 5: Scroll down to Product Properties > Add Property

Key > review_collector_url

Data From > Global Variables

Data > Search for 'misc.reviews_collector_url' > Save

Step 6: Scroll down to Button Style > Insert {{ product.reviews_collector_url }} for Link URL > Submit

5. Create Product Review Flow

Step 1: Go to Flows > Playbooks > Select Product Review playbook for EasyStore

Step 2: Select Send Email. Go to Properties on the right side > Select value > Collect Product Review > Submit

6. Use Coupons to get More Reviews (Optional)

Step 1: Click Email > Add email > Select 'Coupon Discount (After Leaving Review)' template > Next

Step 2: Click Setting > Scroll down the Resources side and you will see 'Available Resources' > Add resources > Select 'Review' > Submit

Step 3: Go to Flows > Playbooks > Select Coupon Discount (After Leaving Review) playbook

Step 4: Select Send Email > Go to Properties on the right side > Select value > Coupon Discount (After Leaving Review) > Submit

Discount coupon email will be sent automatically when customer leaves a review!
