Create a quick POS order
In this article:
1. Introduction
This guide shows you how to add a customer, add products, select a payment method, and complete checkout to create a quick POS order.
2. Install EasyStore mobile app
EasyStore POS works on-the-go (cloud based), it is available on EasyStore mobile app.
So first of all, install the EasyStore mobile app on your POS device:

3. Enable POS channel
3.1 Once you have installed EasyStore mobile app on your POS device, open the app > go to Channels > Point of Sale > Enable.

3.2 To go into POS from admin panel, tap View Point of Sale.

4. Create a quick POS order
You may now follow the steps below to create your first POS order.
4.1 First of all, check the selected location on the top left. If need to change location, tap the menu button beside the location name.

4.2 Tap Add customer on top of the cart at the right hand side.

You can add existing or new customer to cart.
Add existing customer
- Search customer by email / phone > tap the customer name.

Add new customer
- Or, fill in new customer’s phone / email > tap Add new customer.

4.3 After add customer, tap Products from the quick action buttons on the left hand side.

4.4 Tap the product to add it to cart.

4.5 Tap cart button at the right bottom to checkout.

4.6 Tap to select the payment method customer want to use.

4.7 Insert the amount > tap Mark as paid at the bottom.

4.8 The order is done.
