Create WhatsApp Order Form

Step 1 : Enable WhatsApp Order Form

Step 2 : Fill in the display name and mobile number

Step 3 : Proceed to create order form. Insert title and Select the data that you want to collect from customer

Step 4 : Add banner image(s) and description (optional)

Step 5 : choose the products for your form

Step 6 : Save and copy your order form link.

Step 7 : Start to share the link, customers can just shop in the form and tap on "Buy Now" to place order.

3. FAQ that you should know

Q1 : Can I adjust the product sequence showing in my order form?

The product sequence for WhatsApp Order Form is based on when is the product is published to the online website. The earliest created product will always be shown on top.

Q2 : Can customers change the language of the order forms?

Customers are able to select the preferred language to shop for WhatsApp Order Form and the support languages are English, Simplified Mandarin, Traditional Mandarin, Thai and Bahasa Melayu.

Q3 : Can customers buy in different currecies?

Yes customers can buy in the currencies set in Settings > Currencies. Refer this guide to add currencies to your store.

Q4 : What happens if product(s) is/are sold out?

If product(s) is/are sold out/out of stock, the order form will be showing a status " Sold Out" for the product (as shown in the image below) and customers will not be able to to click it and place an order for a sold out product.
