1. Why can’t I find the Essential Plan anymore?


This update is part of a product restructuring to better support businesses delivering a Unified Customer Experience (UCX) across both online and retail.


As more businesses operate across multiple channels, the focus is to provide a more complete, connected solution.


Our solutions now reflect how your business grows and evolves with UCX:


  • Success for complex, multi-outlet operations at scale
  • Growth for retailers unifying outlet and online operations
  • Business for brands strengthening their ecommerce operations
  • Standard for businesses beginning their online journey


If you’re unsure which plan suits you best, our team is happy to recommend the most suitable option based on your business needs.


2. I’m currently on the Essential Plan. Will this affect my subscription?


There is no impact to the current subscription. Existing merchants on the Essential Plan can continue using it without any disruption. No action is required.


3. Can I renew my existing Essential Plan?


Existing merchants can continue renewing the Essential Plan. The plan remains supported, while new features are primarily introduced in our current plans (Standard, Business, Growth, Success).


4. Can I downgrade to the Essential Plan?


The Essential Plan is no longer available, including for downgrade. Moving forward, available options are the Growth and Success Plans.


5. Can new users still sign up for the Essential Plan?


The Essential Plan is no longer available for new sign-ups starting 1 April 2026. Available plans moving forward are Standard, Business, Growth, and Success.


6. Where can more information about available plans be found?


The latest plan details are available on the EasyStore pricing page. Support is available for any clarification if needed.
