📌 The thing to take note of:
Wholesale Portal does not integrate with any online payment or shipping service at this moment.
You'll need to manually add in the shipping fee.
You'll need to manually send the payment details to customers.

1. Check wholesale order at Admin Panel

If there's an order placed from the Wholesale Portal, the orders will be synced back to EasyStore's Admin Panel.

2. Add shipping fee

You may click on the order number, for eg #1128 to add the shipping fee.

📌 Note: You can also add a discount or tax on the order. It's optional.

3. Inform customer to make payment

Once the shipping fee has been set, you may now send a payment reminder to your customer to make payment. There are 2 ways: by email or WhatsApp.

b) WhatsApp

4. Fulfill order when payment is received

If you have confirmed that your customer already makes payment to you, you may proceed to mark the order as paid and fulfill the order.
