Update Tax Information for Compliance

To support tax compliance for Malaysia (MY) and Taiwan (TW), we’ve introduced a Tax Information section in Billing Settings. This update ensures that your business details align with local tax requirements.

📌Notes: The Company Name field in Billing Info is now shown as Legal Business Name. This will sync automatically with the new Tax Information section

Required Information by Region:

Malaysia (MY):
Type of business
Legal business name
Business Registration Number (BRN)
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
SST Registered Company

Taiwan (TW):
公司名稱 (Company Name)
統一編號 (Uniform Invoice Number)

How to Update Your Tax Information?

Step 1: Go to your Admin Panel > Settings > Plans & billing > Manage Billing


Step 2: Click Edit at Tax Information


Step 3: Fill in the required fields based on your region

Step 4: Click Save to apply the changes and you're done!
