1. About WeChat Pay


WeChat Pay has been one of the most popular mobile payment systems in the world. After a long wait, WeChat Pay finally announced its launch in Malaysia. Generally, WeChat Pay is an e-wallet integrated in WeChat app, which allow users to complete payment quicky with smartphones/mobile gadgets.



There are multiple payment methods available for WeChat Pay: QR code payment, Quick Pay, In-App Web-based Payment and In-app payment and EasyStore has integrated QR code payment to our platform where you can now accept payment internationally. The supported currencies would be ; GBP,HKD,USD,JPY,CAD,AUD,EUR,NZD,KRW,THB,SGD,RUB,DKK,SEK,CHF,NOK

2. Integrate WeChat QRPay Code in EasyStore


The WeChat QRPay Code method allows your customer to pay you through mobile phone by scanning the QR code. You can upload the QR code at your store and it will be displayed for your customer at the Thank-you page. 


  1. Go to Settings > Payments > Add Payment Method 



  1. Select WeChat QRPay



  1. Fill in your details accordingly and upload your own generated QR code



  1. Write a message or instruction for your customers to follow to complete their purchase. This message will be shown at the Thank-you page.



3. Note to your customer


  1. Once customer placed his/her order, the QR Code will be shown at the Thank-you page. Your customers can then scan the code to make payment. 



  1. Once payment is made, customer can attach their receipt/bank slip/any document required.



  1. My Account > Click on the Order number 




  1. Attach file



4. Note to yourself (as merchant)


Orders made through the bank transfer payment method will not be automatically marked as paid. You will need to manually mark as paid after the payment is confirmed.


Go to Orders > All orders > Click on the order number > Mark as paid
