  1. Enable WhatsApp Order Form


  1. Fill in display name and mobile number


  1. Proceed to create order form


  1. Insert title and choose the products for your form


  1. Select the data that you want to collect from customer


  1. Save and get your order link


  1. Start to share the link to your customers around!


Step 1 : Enable WhatsApp Order Form


Login to EasyStore's Admin Panel > Channels > Search for 'WhatsApp' > Enable WhatsApp



Step 2 : Fill in the display name and mobile number



Step 3 : Proceed to create order form


Step 4 : Insert title and choose the products for your form


Step 5 : Select the data that you want to collect from customer



Step 6 : Save and copy your order link



Step 7 : Start to share the link with your customers around!

3. FAQ that you should know


Q1 : Can I adjust the product sequence showing in my order form?


The product sequence for WhatsApp Order Form is based on when is the product is published to the online website. The earliest created product will always be shown on top.


Q2 : Can I change the language of the order forms?


Customers are able to select the preferred language to shop for WhatsApp Order Form and the support languages are English, Simplified Mandarin, Traditional Mandarin & Thai.



Q3 : What happens if my product(s) is/are sold out? [New Enhancement]


If product(s) is/are sold out/out of stock, the order form will be showing a status " Sold Out" for the product (as shown in the image below) and customers will not be able to to click it and place an order for a sold out product.
