1. Introduction


Fiuu (formerly Razer Merchant Services) is an online payment solution that enables you to collect payments securely at the physical shops and through online payment channels.


Make sure you have a registered account with Fiuu. You will need your Merchant ID, Verify Key and Secret Key to proceed.


If you do not have a Fiuu account yet, may sign up via this link.


2. Redeem free Fiuu account 🎁


If you have subscribed to EasyStore yearly plan or above, you are entitled to claim a complimentary Fiuu account of free Sign Up and free Annual Fee (worth RM899) which is offered exclusively for our Malaysia merchants.


Follow this guide to redeem.


3. Connect with Fiuu


3.1 Log in to your EasyStore admin panel > Channels > Online store > Domains to copy your domain.


📌 Note: Make sure the domain status is Secured.



3.2 Prepare the end point URLs below by replacing xxxxx with your domain name:

3.3 Log in to your Fiuu portal at https://portal.fiuu.com/.


Go to Settings > Transaction Settings, make sure Use extended format for Verify Payment is turned OFF.



3.4 On the same page right hand side, set up End Points.



3.5 Click the pencil icon to edit the URL.



3.5 Insert the Return URL that you’ve prepared in step 3.2 above > click the ✔️ icon to save it.



3.6 Turn ON Enable Instant Payment Notification (IPN).



3.7 Repeat the same steps for Notification and Callback URLs.



3.8 Remain in Fiuu portal, go to Home > you will get access to your Fiuu’s Merchant ID, Verify and Secret Keys.



3.9 Click the eye icon to reveal the key and copy it. Make sure you copy the actual key not the dots.



3.10 Now, go back to your EasyStore admin panel > Settings > Payments > Add payment method > search for and select Fiuu.



3.11 Paste the Merchant ID, Verify and Secret Key accordingly.


⚠️ Note: Make sure there’s no extra space at the beginning and end of the keys.



3.12 Scroll to the bottom and click Add sub payment method to enable the payment methods (channels) that you’ve subscribed with Fiuu.



3.13 Tick the sub payment methods > Save.



💡Tips: Fiuu offer many channels, if you’re not sure which to tick, here are the popular online payment methods in Malaysia that are supported in the free Fiuu account.

⚠️ Take note for newly sign up Fiuu account, channels might be activated by batches. Make sure you have received email from Fiuu about channels Activated before tick and enable them, else the payment will face error as in step 4.3 below.



💡 Tips: If you need more channels, may send your request to Fiuu at fiuu@support.com, mention your Merchant ID in the email.


3.14 If needed, you can click the pencil icon to add transaction charge (customer paid to you) for each sub payment method (optional).



3.15 Click Save again and Fiuu setup is completed.



4. Test payment


4.1 We suggest you place a test order to make sure the connection is successful.


Go to your online store > add 1 item to cart > checkout > select Fiuu payment method > click Place Order Now.


If the page auto direct to Fiuu’s payment page as below, the connection is successful.



4.3 If you encounter P02 error code, it normally means the selected payment method is not activated for your Fiuu account yet.


You may contact Fiuu support team at fiuu@support.com to further assist you, mention your Merchant ID in the email.



4.3 If you encounter other error, double check:


  • Extended format is turned off (step 3.3)
  • All end point URLs set up correctly (step 3.4 - 3.7)
  • Correct Merchant ID, Verify and Secret keys used (step 3.8)
  • Copy paste the actual key not the dots (step 3.9)
  • No extra space at the end of the key (step 3.11)
