1. Introduction


HitPay is an omnichannel payment provider platform for small businesses. With the integration with HitPay, you can easily accept payments like Credit Cards, Gcash, GrabPay, billease, QRPH or Online Banking in the Philippines.


This guide walks you through the steps to register your HitPay account, complete the verification process, and connect it to your EasyStore to start receiving payments.


2. Required Documents


These are the required documents to proceed with the application with HitPay in the Philippines.


📄 For Corporations:


  • Signed Merchant Agreement
  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate for Authorized Signatory/ies
  • SEC Certificate of Incorporation
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • By-Laws
  • Latest GIS (not applicable if newly incorporated)
  • BIR Form 2303
  • Current-year Business Permit
  • Valid ID of Authorized Signatories


📑 For Sole Proprietorships:


  • Signed Merchant Agreement
  • DTI Certificate of Registration
  • BIR Form 2303
  • Current-year Business Permit
  • Valid ID of Authorized Signatory



3. Application Process


Follow these steps to get your HitPay account approved and integrated with EasyStore:


Step 1: Register a HitPay Account


Sign up for a merchant account using your business email address Here.





Step 2: Fill in Business Details


Enter your business name, address, merchant name, and contact information accurately.



Step 3: Fill in Bank Details


Provide your bank account information where your settlements will be credited. Make sure the bank account name matches your business or owner name.




Step 4: Verify Owner’s Identity


Complete the owner verification process by uploading valid identification (e.g., government-issued ID). This is required to confirm your identity.



Step 5: Verify Business Information


Upload the necessary business documents for business verification (as listed above).



Step 6: Select Payment Methods


Choose the payment methods you’d like to enable for your store — such as cards, e-wallets, or bank transfers.



Step 7: Wait for Approval


Once you’ve submitted all details, HitPay will review your application. Approval usually takes a few working days. You’ll receive an email notification once your account is activated successfully.




4. Connect with HitPay Philippines


After your account is approved:



Step 1: Log in to your HitPay Dashboard to get your API Key and Salt.


Others → Developers → API Keys & Salt → Copy




Step 2: Go to your EasyStore Admin Panel


Settings → Payments → Add Payment Methods → HitPay





Step 3: Paste your API Key and Salt into the respective fields.


Fill in your preferred Display name and Description which will be shown to customers at checkout payment method page/section.




Step 4: Scroll to bottom and click Add sub payment method to select your subscribed channels.


📌 Note: Please select only the subscribed channels to avoid invalid transaction.


For example, if you have only subscribed to the following channels with HitPay:


  • Visa/Mastercard
  • Over The Counter
  • E-Wallet
  • QRPH, and
  • Direct Internet Banking ( BDO, BPI, Metrobank, RCBC, Chinabank... ),


you should only select these channels which will be shown at checkout payment option page/section for customers to choose and make payment.





Step 5: Save and you're done!


Step 6 : We suggest you can place a test order in your store to make sure the connection is successful.
