Customize delivery method and option names

1. Customize names of delivery method

Go to EasyStore Admin > Settings > Checkout > Delivery Options Customization > fill in your preferred delivery method names > Save and done.

2. Learn how customers select delivery method and option

If customers select a shipping method, they first need to fill in the shipping address on the same checkout page. The system will show the available courier options for this address for customers to choose from.

If customers select the pickup method, they can straightaway select the pickup options from the drop-down list and then select the pick-up location on the same page.

3. Customize names of the delivery option

3.1 Delivery methods which set up manually

Shipping: Click on Settings > Shippings > Edit zone > change the Name > Save.

Pickup: Click on Settings > Locations > Edit location > change the Location Name > Save.

3.2 Delivery methods which are set up through apps

Click on Apps > Click on the respective app to edit > fill in your preferred display name > Save and done.

EasyParcel Malaysia app > Pgeon self collect widget > Title.

CollectCo > Checkout Customization > Display Title.
