1. Free shipping for individual product

Step 1 : Login EasyStore Control Panel >  Products

Step 2 : Click into product



Step 3 : Scroll to Shipping section > Check [This product is free shipping] > Save



How does it work?

Example A
Emma purchased Product A & Product B from your store. 

Shipping rate of your store:
Based on item quantity - RM 8/item

Product A - Free shipping
Product B - Normal shipping fee

Emma will pay RM 8 instead of RM 16 for the shipping fee.

Example B
Emma purchased Product A, Product B & Product C from your store. 

Shipping rate of your store:
Based on weight - First 10 kg = RM 10; subsequent 1kg = add on RM 5

Product A - 4 kg
Product B - 4 kg
Product C - 4 kg (Free shipping)

Emma will pay RM 10 instead of RM 20 for the shipping fee.

Example C

Emma purchased Product A and Product B

Product A - Free Shipping (Cute White Top + Ripped Shorts)

Product B - Normal Shipping Fee (Pastel Highlighter ( 10 in a set))

Product B will be charged for shipping fees

2. Free shipping for total order amount

Step 1 : Login EasyStore Control Panel > Settings > Shipping > Select shipping zone



Step 2 : Scroll down and tick the "Enable Free Shipping when order total amount equal to or above and insert the amount

📌 Note : Whenever your customers purchased total amount equal to or above the amount you have inserted, they will not be charged for shipping fees.



Step 3 : Save.

3. Free shipping for total order amount (3rd party logistic services)

Step 1 : Login EasyStore Control Panel > Apps > Select EasyParcel Malaysia app

Step 2 : Insert the amount in free shipping when order total amount equal to or above.

💡 Tips : 0 MYR means free shipping is disabled



Step 3 : Save

Apart from EasyParcel Malaysia, the [Ninja Van Malaysia](https://help.easystore.co/en/articles/4798528-ninja-van-malaysia) also offers free shipping for total order amount.

4. Shipping discount tools (NEW)

📌 Note : Shipping discount tools is only available in EasyStore Standard & Business plan.

Step 1 : Login EasyStore Control Panel > Discounts > Discount for shipping fees.

Step 2 : Set title shown to customer and description for own reference.

Step 3 : Set requirements for customer either minimum spend / minimum quantity purchase to entitled Free Shipping

Step 4 : Set applicable items either All items (storewide) / selected item / selected collection



Step 5 : In discount options, may set either Free shipping (discount 100% amount) / subsidized shipping (discount certain fixed amount) on shipping fees.

Step 6 : Select discount region(s), including sub-regions to set which region customer will be entitled shipping fees discount.

Step 7 : Set applicable shipping method either All shipping method (for both shipping & pickup) / Shipping only (ship to customer) / Pickup only (pickup at store).



Step 8 : May set Extra condition such as active & expiry dates, discount method (find more about discount method), target customers (which customer type that entitled discount), store usage limit, each customer usage limit (can set for registered customers only).



How does it work?

Example A

Charlie purchase 1 novel with the price of RM200 from your store. 

Shipping rate of your store:
Shipping fee each order flat rate RM8.

Discount setting
Novel collection every item 10% off.

Shipping fees discount setting
Purchase RM100 and above get RM5 off shipping fee.

Charlie paid RM 5 instead of RM 8 for the shipping fee, grand total is RM183

where shipping fee discount calculated after discounted subtotal

Example B

Benny purchase 1 recipe book with the price of RM200 from your store. 

Shipping rate of your store:
WM shipping fee RM13, EM shipping fee RM15.

Discount setting
Recipe collection every item 10% off.

Shipping fees discount setting
Purchase RM200 and above get RM15 off shipping fee.

Benny shipping address is EM, he paid RM 15 for the shipping fee, grand total is RM195

Shipping fee discount not applied on this order due to after product discount, the amount didn't meet with shipping fees discount condition.

Shipping rate of your store:
WM shipping fee RM13, EM shipping fee RM15.

Discount setting
Recipe collection every item 10% off with voucher code BOOK2022

Shipping fees discount setting
Purchase RM200 and above get RM15 off shipping fee with voucher code FREESHIPPING.

Andrew shipping address is EM, he paid RM 15 for the shipping fee, grand total is RM195

Both discount in voucher code form, customer can only apply 1 voucher code during checkout, so it's eiher one.
