Before you can manage and sync your products across EasyStore and marketplaces like TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada, it’s important to start with the right setup. Depending on where your products currently exist — in EasyStore, in one or more marketplaces, or not at all — the method you use to link or import them will be different.

This guide outlines the correct steps for each possible scenario, so you can ensure your product listings are properly connected and ready for syncing.

Here are some guides you can refer after determining your scenarios:

Add products in EasyStore

Publish products from EasyStore to marketplaces.

Publish to TikTok
Publish to Shopee
Publish to Lazada

Import products from marketplaces to EasyStore, using ' Match product ' or ' As new product ' method.

Import from TikTok
Import from Shopee
Import from Lazada

Match product - This will link the marketplace products with their corresponding products in EasyStore.
As new product - This will create new products in EasyStore based on the marketplace product details.

3. Determine your scenario

Scenario 1:

Products do not exist in EasyStore or any marketplace

Steps to take:
Create the products in EasyStore.
Publish the products from EasyStore to marketplaces.

Scenario 2:

Products exist in EasyStore but not in any marketplace

What to do:
Publish the products from EasyStore to marketplaces.

Scenario 3:

Products do not exist in EasyStore but exist in one marketplace

What to do:
Import the products from the marketplace using ‘As new product’ method.

Scenario 4:

Products exist in EasyStore and one marketplace

What to do:
Import products from the marketplace using ‘Match product’ method.

Scenario 5:

Products do not exist in EasyStore but exist in more than one marketplaces

Steps to take:
Choose one marketplace as the main product source.
Import products from the main marketplace using ‘As new product’ method.
Import products from the other marketplaces using ‘Match product’ method.

Example:
Products do not exist in EasyStore but exist in both TikTok and Shopee, where TikTok is the main platform. So what you do is:
Import products from TikTok using ‘As new product’ method.
Import products from Shopee using ‘Match product’ method.

Scenario 6:

Products exist in EasyStore and more than one marketplaces

What to do:
Import products from all marketplaces using ‘Match product’ method.


📌 Note: Once products are linked, syncing works in one direction only — from EasyStore to the marketplaces, not the other way around.
