1. Introduction


Dragonpay is a Philippines third party payment gateway solution. Dragonpay automatically monitors the online and offline payments and notify merchants of a completed payment so they can ship the goods or render the service.




2. Connect with Dragonpay


Kindly prepare the documents listed below to ensure a smooth and swift application process.


📄 For Corporations:


  • Signed Merchant Agreement
  • Notarized Secretary’s Certificate for Authorized Signatory/ies
  • SEC Certificate of Incorporation
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • By-Laws
  • Latest GIS (not applicable if newly incorporated)
  • BIR Form 2303
  • Current-year Business Permit
  • Valid ID of Authorized Signatories


📑 For Sole Proprietorships:


  • Signed Merchant Agreement
  • DTI Certificate of Registration
  • BIR Form 2303
  • Current-year Business Permit
  • Valid ID of Authorized Signatory






3. How to run test payment with Dragonpay



Once your Dragonpay account is activated successfully, you may proceed to run test order. This is to make sure the integration is smooth and successful.


📌 Notes:


Step 1 : Go to EasyStore Admin Panel > Settings > Payment > Dragonpay 



Step 2 : Fill in the

  • Display name
  • Description
  • Secret Key - key in the secret key that is for testing purposes, not the LIVE secret key. (Will be provided by Dragonpay team)
  • Make sure you select ENABLED to test the Dragonpay.


Step 3 : Go to your website, add the product to cart and proceed to the checkout page.

Step 4 : Add ?testing=true at the end of URL, and press "Enter" to refresh the page. 



Step 5 : After the page is refreshed, you may click "Place Order Now". You will be able to see pop-up regarding on the Dragonpay Test Environment. 


Step 6 : Select Bogus Bank ONLY, because this is still in testing. Then proceed to tick "I agree.." , then press "Select"



Step 7 : Another similar pop-up will appear, you can key in any Log in id and any  Password.



Step 8 : Proceed from there you will find another pop-up. Choose any and then press "Pay". 



Step 9: Check your orders at your Admin Panel.



After you test all of the above, you will be able to go live anytime you want!
