1. Introduction
Looking to improve your packing and shipping process? EasyStore Order Fulfillment Assistant helps you avoid common mistakes like shipping canceled orders, sending the wrong products, or missing items. It's a simple way to boost efficiency and ensure every order is shipped accurately and efficiently.
2. Before packing
You can start using Order Fulfillment Assistant after you have fulfilled the order and tracking number generated.

3. Start packing
3.1 Go to Orders listing > 3-dot menu > Order Fulfillment Assistant.

3.2 Scan the tracking barcode or manually key in the tracking number.

3.3 In rare case where multiple orders having the same tracking number, you need to select the order to proceed.

3.4 Start packing by scanning the item barcode or manually update the packed item quantity.

3.5 Once all items have been packed, click Mark as packed and packing is done.

3.6 If the same tracking number is searched again, system will prompt reminder and you won't be able to pack the order again using assistant.
