What should I do when I received an order?
How can I get notified when there's a new order?
System will notify you via email when there is an order placed by customer, the email will send to the email address you set the Settings > General > System preference > Send email as .
You may change your account email address if you wish to receive the order notification with another email address.
Account email : The account that to receive order notification from EasyStore.
Send email as : The email account that send email notification like order confirmation, invoice, etc to your customer.
What do I do when I received a new order?
First, identify if the payment has been received.
You will be able to see the status of the order is marked paid automatically if the payment has been made through the payment gateway successfully.
📌 Note: You may login to your payment gateway account, to make sure the payment has credit to your account.
If the payment is made through Bank Transfer, you can mark the payment as paid on the order page manually.
📌 Note: Login to your bank account to make sure the payment has bank-in to you bank account.
Your customer will receive an email notification once the order is marked paid.
If the order status is unpaid you can send payment reminder to remind your customer to make payment.
How do I arrange the shipment?
You will need to collect the shipping rates of the courier service you using and insert the rates in your Shipping.
You can add shipping with 4 shipping methods:
Based on weight
Based on item quantity
Flat rate per item
Flat rate per order

Can I integrate EasyParcel as my shipping method?
Yes, you can integrate with your EasyParcel account and fulfil the order within your EasyStore control panel. Install EasyParcel App to your store.

How do I charge handling fee?
If your products bring you additional cost - for example heavy and bulky products require machinery handling or fragile products require extra packaging, you can add these incurred cost as handling fee into your shipping charges.
If you use your own shipping method, you can add handling fee with a certain amount per order.
If you use EasyParcel Malaysia app, you can add handling fee with a certain amount or a certain percentage per order on top of the shipping charges.
How to fulfill order?
Fulfill order is after you have done the shipment for the parcel, you may update the tracking number, courier service, and tracking url to customer. The articles below might help :
