Fiuu (previously known as Razer Merchant Services) is an online payment solution that enables you to collect payments securely through online payment channels.
For Filipino sellers, you will need help from EasyStore team to submit the application form to FIUU on behalf.

2. Onboarding Checklist
Kindly prepare the required documents based on your business type to EasyStore team to help with your application.

- Signed Merchant Agreement
- Notarized Secretary’s Certificate for Authorized Signatory/ies (using Fiuu’s template)
- SEC Certificate of Incorporation
- Articles of Incorporation
- By-Laws
- Latest GIS (not applicable if newly incorporated)
- BIR Form 2303
- Current-year Business Permit
- Valid ID of Authorized Signatories

3. Connect with Fiuu
Once your FIUU account application is approved, EasyStore team will update you with your account credentials.
You may then login to FIUU Portal using this LINK.

Step 1 : Go to EasyStore Admin > Settings > Payments > Add payment method > select FIUU.

Step 2 : Fill in your preferred Display name and Description which will be shown to customers at checkout payment method page/section.

Step 3: **Follow the **Guide and set up Return URL, Notification URL and Callback URL in your Fiuu portal.

Example: If your domain name is iloveeasystore.com , kindly fill in the link below
- Return URL : https://iloveeasystore.com/payments/razerms/redirect
- Notification URL: https://iloveeasystore.com/payments/razerms/notifications
- Callback URL : https://iloveeasystore.com/payments/razerms/notifications
Log in to your FIUU portal > Transactions > Settings and insert the URLs for the latest version. Don't forget to also enable Instant Payment Notification (IPN).

Step 4 : Insert your Merchant ID, Verify Key and Secret Key.

Step 5 : Scroll to bottom and click Add sub payment method to select your subscribed channels.
For example, if you have only subscribed to the following channels with FIUU:
- Visa/Mastercard
- Over The Counter
- E-Wallet (Gcash, Maya)
- QRPH, and
- Direct Internet Banking ( BDO, BPI, Metrobank, RCBC, Chinabank... ),
you should only select these channels which will be shown at checkout payment option page/section for customers to choose and make payment

Step 6 : Save and you're done!

4. FAQs
1. How long is the Onboarding Process?
Typically, 7-10 business days. Additional due diligence may be conducted depending on the nature of business.
2. How will I know the status of a my application?
An email will be sent to you, and EasyStore team will update you on the status of your application.
3. How long does it take for the funds to be settled to the my account?
Funds are remitted in three (3) business days (T+3).
4. What is the minimum settlement amount and settlement charge?
The minimum settlement amount is PHP5,000, and the settlement charge is PHP25.
5. What is the cut-off time for voiding a transaction?
For credit/ debit cards, cut-off time for voids is 10PM. For QRPH, no voids/ refunds are allowed through FIUU.
6. What currencies are supported?
For now, only PHP.
